that I have been fully informed of the details of the off-campus
Immersion Program and have freely elected for my child/children to
participate. I understand that the Immersion Program involves certain
inherent risks and potential hazards, and I am aware that my child's
participation in the program is entirely voluntary.

instructors, and any associated personnel from any and all liability for
any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may arise during my child's
participation in the Immersion Program, except in cases of gross
negligence or willful misconduct.
