It was January 3. Classes in Mabuhay Elementary School had
resumed. The pupils excitedly came back to school with a
bagful of Christmas break experiences.
Anton: Good morning, Ana. How are you?
Ana: Good morning, too. I am fine.
Anton: How was your Christmas break?
Ana: It was good. We celebrated it at my grandparents’ house.
How about you?
Anton: It was also good. My Ninong and Ninang offered some
gifts for us. My brother also arrived from Singapore.
Ana: My Ate and my niece Alina also visited us. It was indeed a
fun Christmas break for us.
