Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an experienced
Process Engineer to join our Production Department. The role is responsible for developing and
implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and

maintaining process documents in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and
maximize profitability. The position is based in Xanthi, Greece.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes:
Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of
output.
Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
Provide process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Conducts risk assessments.
Assesses compliance with applicable health & safety and quality standards.
Job requirements
3+ years of working experience as Process Engineer in industrial/ manufacturing environment
BSc in Engineering or relevant areas - MSc is considered a plus
Project Management experience is needed
Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
Strong multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with computer and information technology
Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP)
Fluency in English & Greek
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
