To whom it may concern:
This is to authorize my sister Julie Ann L. Tocol to claim my Original copy of OR/CR and the extra spare
key of my motorcycle, which was fully paid for last January 23, 2023. Along with this letter are a
photocopy of my and my sister's ID with my signature.
I won't be able to claim it myself as I have worked at night and my day off is on the weekend.
