This course provides an approach to learning the basic fundamental skills and game concept of:
Basketball and Volleyball. It covers the principles and applications of knowledge, drills,
techniques, and strategies of these games. Promoting enjoyment and success in outdoor sports,
recreation, awareness and improvement of one’s specific talents.
