‫ن اجِّلاَ َلِنَْبلَّ ِللَََوللخلْملِنْبلَِّن جسلَِّن‬
Allaahumma‫‘ل‬innee‫‘ل‬a’oothu‫ل‬bika‫ل‬minal-hammi‫ل‬walhazani,‫ل‬wal’ajzi‫ل‬walkasali, walbukhli
waljubni,‫ل‬wa‫ل‬dhala’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijaal
O Allah, I seek refuge in you from grief and sadness, from weakness and laziness, from
miserliness and cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by others.
Du’ā for goodness in both worlds:
‫ل ل ل لْ ل ل ل ل ل إ‬
ْ ‫ل إ ل ل ْ و َّ ل ل ل ل ْ ل‬
‫جلالِنِ ةجلسنََلَّ ِالَِو َلسنََلَّلَجلَاِِلِنَ ُل‬
‫جب‬
ِ ََ ‫برَجل‬
Rabbanaa aatinaa fid-dunyaa hasanatan wafil-aakhirati hasanatan‫ل‬waqinaa‫‘ل‬athaaban-naar
Our Lord, give us good in this world, good in the Hereafter, and protect us
from the torment of the Fire.
Du’ā for all Muslims:

‫ْل م‬
‫م‬
‫ْل ل َ ل‬
َ‫و‬
‫ُِ ل‬
‫يلُِ ل‬
َ َّ‫لَِّن َُ َّنَ لُجن لل‬
َِْ
َّ‫سةجْلَْْبل‬
‫ِنَُْْجن‬
َّ‫ِنَُْْ تمل‬
‫نلِنَْ إبلِاُ لنَ َُ َّنَُ تم‬
Allāhummaghfir lil muslimīna wal muslimāt, wal mu'minīna wal mu'mināt, al ahyā-e
minhum wal amwāt.
O Allah, forgive the Muslim men and the Muslim women, and the believing men and the believing
women, the living from them and the deceased.
Du’ā for knowledge, provision and accepted deeds:
ُْ ‫أ َّ أ َ ل م ْ ل ْ ل َّ ْ ل ُ ْ ل ل ل ْ َ ل ل إ ْ و َ إ‬
‫س ِنَْبلَّ ِ ل‬
‫ل‬
‫َلبنخلََُجل جً جلَّ ُبْلجل ً جلََُّسلْكل ل‬
Allahumma inni as’aluka ‘ilman nafi’an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa ‘amalan
mutaqabbalan
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision and acceptable deeds.
Du’ā for help with doing good deeds:
‫و َ إ أ ُْ ل أ‬
‫ل ل ل‬
َ ‫م ل ل َ م ل ل‬
َّ
‫ِنَْبلََ ِِلَولوِ ُ ِيلََِّ ُ ِيلَّسن ُملَ جمَ ل‬
‫خ‬
Allâhumma a’innî alâ dhikrika, wa shukrika, wa husni ‘ibâdatika
O Allah, help me remember You, to be grateful to You, and to worship You in
an excellent manner.
Du’ā for Knowledge:
ُ ْ َّ ِ ‫م‬
‫للْم ِل ل‬
ِ‫للب‬
ُ ‫ََُج‬
Rabbee Zidnee Ilmaa
My Lord, increase me in knowledge.
Du’ā for Guidance:
‫ْ َ ْ ُ ه ه‬
‫َ َ َ َ َ َ َ ُ َّ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ه‬
ُ‫اّلِل‬
‫ّلِل ال َذي هدانا َله ََٰٰذا وما كنا َلنهت َدي لوَل أن هدانا‬
َ َ ‫الحمد‬
Alhamdu lillahi allathee hadaana lihatha wama kunna linahtadiya lawlaa an hadaana Allah
Praise to Allah , who has guided us to this; and we would never have been guided if Allah
had not guided us.
Du’ā for Parents:
‫ل ُ َّ ل َّ َ ل أ‬
‫جلب إر لة ْجل ل‬
‫جلَ لُ ل‬
ِِّْ ‫لْا ت‬
ُُْ‫بِلِبس‬.
ِ
Rabbirhamhuma kama‫ل‬rabbayani‫ل‬ṣaghira.
My Lord, have mercy upon them [my parents] as they brought me up [when I was] small.
Du’ā for Love (Ultimate Du’ā):

َ ‫ل م ل ل ل َ و ل ل َّ ل َ إ َ إ ل أ َّ أ َ ل ُْ و‬
‫بإ‬
‫خلَّ ِلللِنَْ ل‬

Allāhumma‫ل‬Innī‫ل‬As’aluka‫ل‬Ḥubbaka‫ل‬Wa‫ل‬Ḥubba‫ل‬Man‫ل‬Yuhibbuka,‫ل‬Wal‫ل‬Amalal‫ل‬Lathee‫ل‬Yu‫ل‬
Balighunee Hubbaka. Allahummaj Al Hubbaka Ahabba Ilayya Min Nafsee Wa Ahlee Wa
Minal Maa-il Baarid
O Allah, I ask you for your love and the love of those who love you and the deeds that will
bring me your love. O Allah, make your love more beloved to me than myself and my
family and even cold water.
Du’ā for Afiyah (well-being in both worlds):
‫و َ إ ُْ أ َّ أ َ ل م ل ل ل‬
َ‫ِنَْبلَّ ِللَلبنخلِن جًة ل‬
ALLAHUMMA INNI AS'ALUKA AL'AFIYAH
O Allah, I ask you for Afiyah.
Du’ā for Protection from the fire:
‫و َ إ أ َّ ْ ل إ‬
‫ِنَْبلَا ِللْملِنَ ُل‬
‫جب‬
Allahumma ajirni minan nar
O Allah, save him from the Fire.
Du’ā for Jannah:
‫و َ إ ُْ أ َّ أ َ ل م ل إ ل‬
َ‫ِنَْبلَّ ِللَلبنخلِن َ ل‬
Allahumma inni as aluka al Jannah
O Allah, I ask you for Jannah.
Du’ā for Protection from Shirk:
َْ َ
َْ َ َ َ َ ْ ُ ْ َ َ ُ َ ّ ُّ
َ ْ َ َ
‫ َوأ ْستَٰغ َف ُرك َلما َل أعَٰلم‬،‫الله ََّٰم َإنَٰي أعَٰوذ َبك أن أش َِٰرك َبك َوأنا أعَٰل ْم‬
Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oothu bika 'an 'ushrika bika wa 'anaa 'a'lamu, wa 'astaghfiruka
limaa laa 'a'lamu
O Allah, I seek refuge in You lest I associate anything with You knowingly, and I seek Your
forgiveness for what I know not.
Du’ā of Yunus
َٓ‫تن َ اّلَٓ َهِ ّللِ اّل‬
‫ب َ ِ ِّل‬
‫ن ُتنّل َتنإ َ َك ِنتِ ِّل‬
‫ن َ ِّل‬
‫َه انمَ ِّل‬
There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of
the wrongdoers.
Du’ā for your heart:
“Oh turner of the hearts (Allah, the Most High), keep our hearts firm on your religion“
Du’ā for UMRAH:

َ َ ٌ ُ
َ
‫الله َّم ه َذ َه ع ْم َرة َل ِري َاء َف ْيها َو َل ُس ْم َعة‬
Allahumma‫ل‬hādhihi‫‘ل‬umrah,‫ل‬lā‫ل‬riyā’a‫ل‬feehā‫ل‬wa‫ل‬lā‫ل‬sum’ah.
O‫ل‬Allāh‫ل‬this‫ل‬is‫ل‬an‫‘ل‬umrah,there‫ل‬being‫ل‬no‫ل‬showing-off in it nor seeking repute.
Safa‫ل‬Marwa‫ل‬Du’a:
As you are approaching Safa, it is Sunnah to recite the following:
ْ َ َّ َّ
‫ه‬
َ
َ
‫الصفا َوال َم ْر َوة َمن ش َع َائ ِر الله‬
‫َِ َإن‬
Indeed, Safa and Marwa are from the Signs of Allah.
[Surah al-Baqarah, 2:158]
Thereafter, recite the following Dua:

‫أبدأ َبما بدأ هللا َب َه‬
I begin with that which Allah has begun with.
These‫ل‬supplications‫ل‬are‫ل‬only‫ل‬to‫ل‬be‫ل‬recited‫ل‬once‫ل‬before‫ل‬Sa’i‫ل‬and‫ل‬not‫ل‬at‫ل‬the‫ل‬start‫ل‬of‫ل‬each‫ل‬lap.
Entering Masjid Al-Haram
َ
ْ you‫ ه‬say:

ُ‫ه‬
‫ الله َّم افتح َ يل أب َواب َرح َم َتك‬،‫الله َّم َص ِّل عىل ُمح َّم َد َو َسلم‬
Allahummasalli‫‘ل‬ala‫ل‬Muhammad‫ل‬wasallim- Allahumma‫ل‬aftahlee‫ل‬abwāba‫ل‬
rahmatika.
[O‫ل‬Allāh,‫ل‬send‫ل‬prayers‫ل‬and‫ل‬peace‫ل‬upon‫ل‬Muhammad.‫ل‬O‫ل‬Allāh,‫ل‬open‫ل‬the‫ل‬doors‫ل‬
of your Mercy for me]
SAFA
Start from Safa, the Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬would look towards the
Ka’bah and say,
Al-Baqarah 2:158
‫ل لل‬
‫لأر إ إ ل ل الرل ل‬
‫وَ ل ل ر ل إ الر ل أ رل لل لل َ ل ل‬
‫ملَ جٱ ُ لو لًُملسِلونلَة لَ َُّلوَك لُ لًسلاَ ل‬
‫جن‬
ْ‫لََةللَّسلونجُجلَّونُ ََّل‬
‫أ‬
َ
‫إ و ل‬
‫ل‬
‫ل‬
‫ل‬
‫إ‬
‫ل‬
‫ل‬
‫ل‬
‫ر‬
‫ل‬
‫ل‬
‫إ‬
‫إ‬
َّ
‫ل‬
‫سلو ل لَجِ َّ لََةبلَسلَاَيل ُْجلَّْملَامهلو ت ِِّْلًنل‬
Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah . So whoever makes Hajj to the
House or performs 'umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them. And whoever
volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing.
ُ َََ َ ََُْ
‫نبدأ َبما بدأ هللا َب َه‬
Nabda-u bi ma bada Allahu bihi
Then say:
ُ ْ ‫َ ه ُ َ ْرُ َ ه ُ َ ْرُ َ ه ُ َ ْرُ ر ه ْ ر‬
‫ّٰلل الحمد‬
ٰ ٰ ‫ و‬،‫ اّٰلل أ ك َب‬،‫ اّٰلل أ ك َب‬،‫اّٰلل أ ك َب‬
Allāhu‫ل‬akbar,‫ل‬Allāhu‫ل‬akbar,‫ل‬Allāhu‫ل‬akbar,‫ل‬wa‫ل‬lillāhi‫ل‬l-ḥamd.
Allah is the greatest; Allah is the greatest; Allah is the greatest, and to Allah belongs all praise.
ُ ُ ‫ر َ ر َّ ه ُ ر ْ ر ُ ر َر ر َ ُ َ ُ ْ ُ ْ ُ ر َ ُ ْ ر ْ ُ ُ ْ ر‬
،‫ له الملك وله الحمد يح ٰ يي وي ٰميت‬،‫شيك له‬
ِ ‫ال ٰإله ٰإال اّٰلل وحده ال‬
‫ر ُ ر ر َ ُ ِّ َر ْ ر‬
‫ش ٍء ق ٰدير‬
‫وهو عَل كل‬
‫ي‬
Lā‫ل‬ilāha‫ل‬illallāh‫ل‬waḥdahu‫ل‬lā‫ل‬sharīka‫ل‬lah(u),‫ل‬lahu‫ل‬l-mulku wa lahu l-ḥamdu‫ل‬yuḥyī‫ل‬wa‫ل‬yumīt(u),‫ل‬wa‫ل‬huwa‫‘ل‬alā‫ل‬kulli‫ل‬
shay’in‫ل‬qadīr.
There is no deity except Allah, alone without a partner. To Him belongs the Dominion, and to Him belongs all
praise. He gives life and death and He has power over everything.
ُ‫اب رو ْح رده‬
ُ ‫رال إ َل ره إ َّال َا ه‬
‫َص رع ْب رد ُه رو ره رز رم َا ْ رْل ْح رز ر‬
‫ َا ْن رج رز رو ْع رد ُه رو رن ر ر‬،‫ّٰلل رو ْح رد ُه‬
ٰ ٰ
Lā‫ل‬ilāha‫ل‬illallāhu‫ل‬waḥdah(u),‫ل‬anjaza‫ل‬wa’dahu‫ل‬wa‫ل‬naṣara‫‘ل‬abdahu‫ل‬wa‫ل‬hazama‫ل‬l-aḥzāba‫ل‬waḥdah.
There is no deity except Allah alone. He fulfilled His promise, supported His slave and defeated the confederates
alone.
