However, can they use their knowledge of skills from experience. A person could have specific experiences for a job. That person could be self taught. Truman Capote taught himself how to read before he became a novelist. He achieved early literary recognition in 1945. You can also learn from your Family or mentors. Some Jobs do not require a degree such as being a waitress/waiter, security, Janitor etc. People who have never completed a higher education but have the proper skills are most likely to succeed with their buisness. Hiring people without a degree leads to greater fairness as it increases that person's potential for sucess. Other Jobs require a handful of knowledge that only a person with a degree knows like Nurses and doctors. We all know they take care of the patients with physical assistance and have hands-on learning. They pick up their skills from experiences form internships. A person does not always need a degree to qualify for a Job. There are many other jobs that you can apply for without it. As logn as you have the proper skills in order for to suceed in what you do.
