Should you require a degree in order for you
to get a job?
A person does not need a degree to get a job. However, can they use their knowledge of
skills from experience.
A person could have specific experiences for a job. That person could be self taught.
Truman Capote taught himself how to read before he became a novelist. He achieved early
literary recognition in 1945. You can also learn from your Family or mentors.
Some Jobs do not require a degree such as being a waitress/waiter, security, Janitor etc.
People who have never completed a higher education but have the proper skills are most likely
to succeed with their buisness. Hiring people without a degree leads to greater fairness as it
increases that person's potential for sucess.
Other Jobs require a handful of knowledge that only a person with a degree knows like
Nurses and doctors. We all know they take care of the patients with physical assistance and
have hands-on learning. They pick up their skills from experiences form internships.
A person does not always need a degree to qualify for a Job. There are many other jobs that
you can apply for without it. As logn as you have the proper skills in order for to suceed in what
you do.
