What makes a face healthy and
beautiful?
The two terms are fairly synonymous; someone
who's very healthy tends to have quite a nice
looking face. And we're hardwired, genetically,
to be attracted to people who are healthy
and symmetric. Well, and, although there's a
very strong genetic influence on how you grow
and how you look. Clearly, there are also
some strong environmental influences, and the
environmental influences can be affected. So, in
real terms, an individual can affect how they
look, and understand the factors beneath. This
is vital for influencing how your facial
appearance is.

we have an inner and an outer U shape that
inner U shape is determined by the tongue, the
outer U shape is determined by the muscles of
mastication, the biting muscles, the relative
amount of posture and function is yet to be
completely determined, however it is much
more likely the posture is far more important
than ​absolute function.
So, it's the resting position of the tongue, and is
the resting muscle tone of biting the chewing
muscles that are more important than their
absolute strengths.

​What's Mewing?
Mewing is a do-it-yourself facial restructuring
technique involving tongue placement, named
after Dr. Mike Mew, a British orthodontist.
While the exercises seem to have exploded on
YouTube and other websites, mewing itself isn’t
technically new. In fact, proper tongue
alignment is recommended by some
orthodontists and other medical professionals
as a way to define the jaw, correct

speech impediments, and potentially alleviate
pain from jaw-related issues.
How to do mewing?
The purpose of Mewing is to get used to
sticking all the tongue on the top surface of The
mouth, while the lips are closed and we are
breathing just through the nose. Method 1: For
this purpose, We make an (ng) sound (thick
sound) in the throat, by doing this the back or
root of the tongue sticks to the roof of the mouth
and the rest of the tongue sticks to the ceiling .
Method 2:
​open the mouth as much as possible, stick your
tongue to the roof of your mouth(as much as
you can),then swallow your saliva , when you
feel the whole tongue is stuck to the roof of the
mouth ,maintain this position And close your
mouth.

Upper and lower teeth should gently touch each
other(lower teeth to a very short distance
behind the upper teeth) And most important
thing is that, lips should be closed and only

this position throughout the day

What should I do when my tongue
blocks my airway?
This is actually a problem for beginners, almost
80% of people who get acquainted with Mewing
have this problem because they used to
breathe through their mouth and are not used to
putting their tongue in the roof of their mouth.
In fact, it is the uvula that blocks the airway, and
this is because the tongue puts pressure on the

uvula, and we subconsciously block our airway
with the uvula.
So the only reason to block the airway is this.
Some people think that it's because they put
their tongue back too far, but they are
completely wrong,and you can put your tongue
as far back as you can,without blocking your
airway.
Solution: Fixing this problem in the beginning is
not easy and requires practice and
concentration. If you are unable to exhale
through your nose, it's because you have put

all your focus on the back of your tongue to
stick to the roof of your mouth. so you should
remove the focus from this part and while your
tongue is up on your upper palate just try to
exhale through your nose.
You may not have understood what I said at
first, so I suggest you read the text a few times
to get what I mean. In fact, the only solution to
this problem was the solution we offered, and of
course keep in mind that this problem of closing
the airway is only related to the uvula, and this
is done subconsciously. So it has nothing to do
with the tongue, and you can push your tongue
back, as far as you want and still not block your
airway. This requires some practice and
concentration.

Foot Mewing
Did you know that you can pull a line of
tissue out of the body from the tongue to
the toes? (See Anatomy Trains) So if the
tongue and toes are connected to that
degree, the strength of the feet can affect
the strength of the tongue and vice-versa.
Enter foot mewing…
Hunter-gatherers didn’t have shoes - they
were barefoot 24/7. Modern day footwear
tends to lack room for the toes. This is the
biggest thing I can recommend foot
mewing-wise: look into

minimalist/barefoot footwear. I’m talking
about shoes from companies like Xero
Shoes, Lems, Vivo Barefoot, etc.. The
idea is zero drop (no heel), thin-soled
shoes with a wide toe box. On top of that,
go barefoot as much as you can.
IMPORTANT: You need to work into being
barefoot to this extent gradually. You’re
probably used to comfy, super cushioned
shoes and if you all the sudden change to
Xero Shoes - that can be a strain to
muscles and connective tissue of the feet
and lower leg.
Now, what makes foot mewing, foot
mewing, is that you need to keep the
muscles of the feet contracted while
standing - much like how you keep the

lower third/root of the tongue engaged
with normal mewing.

Hard Mewing,exercise
first let me explain what's hard mewing:
hard mewing is to push your tongue with
pressure,but soft mew is just resting your
tongue on top of your mouth without much
pressure.

hard mewing is not recommended to do more
than an hour a day,because it causes headache
and jaw joint problems.
In the beginning tongue is not yet accustomed
to stick to the ceiling, so this Practice helps
tongue to find it's way on the roof of the
mouth:Stick the tongue with all the pressure
that you can put force on the roof of the mouth
and Hold this position for one minute, then
halve the force and continue this for another
minute,
and half again And another minute, Continue
this halving for as long as you can.
Although, try to be more than four sets, and the
important thing is the mode,
The lips and tongue positions that mentioned
on the previous page should be fully
​maintained, ie the lips should be closed
And the teeth should be gently placed on top of
each other.

By maintaining this position, the force of the
tongue that enters the roof of the mouth will
change the ossification of the face in the right

strengthen the muscles of the

Special exercises to strengthen tongue
muscles:

​ Chewing: Chewing gum is the best way to

strengthen jaw muscles and define the
jawline,although, to have better result chew the
gum that is harder to chew, and gum volume
should also be big (according to Dr. Mike Mew
as much as 14 pieces Banana gum is enough)
The time we chew gum is about 20_30 minutes
a day,and 3 day a week and this time Should be
divided by the equal amount of posterior and
anterior teeth. You can also use the device
instead of chewing gum.

devices is that chewing gum is much cheaper
than the device and we can easily chew gum
everywhere, And the level of hardness and the
softness of the gum can be fit to the strength or
weakness of your jaw muscle and to do so this
put the gum in cold water once every few
minutes and so gum will be so hard.
We have to chew the gum as hard as we can
so that after chewing for 20 to 30 minutes the
jaw muscles will completely get tired. The
important thing is to focus on the muscles when
we are chewing , for better results. In addition
to chewing gum, chewing hard foods like
Carrots, , apples,cucumbers ... are very
effective during the day.
* After chewing the gum leave a small piece of
the gum in your mouth and press it on the
ceiling by your tongue, and continue this
movement for about 20minutes

concept of tongue chewing, so you're chewing,

So use a sort of everyday chewing gum you

tongue. Sometimes seeing how far back you

piece of chewing gum out massively.We have
just a nice, flat piece of gum up put it back i and
move up with your tongue
. Squeeze it repetitively repetitively repetitively.
Dr. Mew's experience about tongue chewing:( I
was ​impressed with myself recently. I had a car
journey. It was about a 45 minute journey. I was
doing some tongue chewing, most of the
duration of that journey. Finally,when I got
around just beside my house. I stopped, I went

in the correct way.
Swallow your saliva by following the pictures

the mouth for 10 to 15 seconds

reason is malocclusion
Malocclusion of the teeth is when your teeth are
misaligned. This can lead to oral health
complications if left untreated. It may also be
referred to as:
crowded teeth

overbite
underbite
open bite

Your teeth may not perform vital functions
well,like chewing, if they’re misaligned.
​Occlusion refers to the alignment of your teeth.
Typically, your teeth should fit easily inside your
mouth without
any crowding or spacing concerns. Also, your
teeth should not be
severely rotated or twisted.
Your upper jaw teeth should slightly overlap
with your lower jaw teeth so that the pointed
ridges of your upper molars fit into the grooves
of your opposite molars.
Changes in alignment of your typical occlusion
are known as malocclusion An example of a
face with a malocclusion problem:

Another habit we need to develop in ourselves
is that instead of bending our head towards ​the
spoon we should move the spoon towards our
mouth .

We should chew the foods completely with our
teeth,it is an old saying that says you should
chew each piece about 32
times( your teeth amount) , by doing this, the
jaw muscle also
works and digestion will be easier. A very
important point when we are eating, is that the
lips must be closed.
Do not use your lips muscles for chewing foods
in your mouth instead of that use your tongue to

rotate and move foods in the mouth than
tongue muscles will be stronger, so it will push
the roof of the mouth with much more
force(when we are mewing) and as time goes
on the area around the lips will be weak and the
jaw muscles become thicker In this ​way, and as
time goes on hollow cheeks will appear. The
result of using lip muscles,is a puffy face like
this shape :

The next exercise helps us building up this
habit،(use the jaw muscle for swallow) so when
the lips is closed and the teeth are placed in the
correct way that we described,use the tongue in
the order in the pictures related to the practice
of swallowing saliva,

in fact we are getting help from these exercises
to strengthen the tongue muscles for doing
mewing much better

The next one also has to do with your lips. This
is to keep your lips sealed at night. We're
starting to realize the importance of keeping
your lips sealed together, Dr. Mike mew says
that your lips are the magnet of the mouth so if
you keep them
together and sealed it just brings everything in
and increases your
chances of proper oral posture and proper
facial growth . Since
we're sleeping roughly 30% of the time, it's
really important to
focus ​on keeping those lips sealed, even when
we're not aware of it. One way to know if your
lips are sealed or not when you sleep, is if you
wake up with a dry mouth. Wake up and your
mouth is drying pains you were sucking in a
bunch of air through your mouth, and your lips
were probably not sealed, So unfortunately
there's no secret pill for this, the only solution
that we have right now is kind of ghetto and

that's to actually put tape over your mouth. If
your habit of not having your lips together is
really bad, you probably want to start with a
large piece of tape and then probably move
down in size, it's not only a physical but a
mental reminder to keep your lips together, so
you can try some different variations, you can
put it across the middle maybe diagonally,
maybe on one side, but find what works for you
and what causes you to keep your lips together.

One other thing is to try not to sleep on your
back, because when you sleep on your back,
your chin tends to fall down and you breathe
through your mouth. One way to try not to sleep
on your back, which is kind of strange but worth
a try.
Put a tennis ball in your shirt on the back,or
sleep with a backpack,it will force you not to
sleep on your back, I ​actually used to do the
tape thing because I'll often wake up with a dry
mouth. I don't do it anymore because I think I
conditioned myself to have my lips sealed but
this is definitely something we're trying out if it's

not much of an issue for you. Not only is it good
for your facial structure and your facial
appearance but it's also good for your health. It
helps get rid of sleep apnea and snoring, so
keep your lips sealed at night.
mewing with braces
When your Orthodontist puts braces on to you
make sure you ask him, are the braces pushing

my teeth inwards or outwards, because if the
braces are pushing your teeth inwards. That's
restricting your tongue from expanding your
palate and moving your maxilla forwards,
because your braces push backwards pressure
onto your teeth, and this will not only restrict
you from getting results from mewing and
getting forward growth, but it will also do
damage because you're putting Opposite forces
against the teeth. So, this one force pushing
your teeth backwards and one forwards which
damages your teeth, but if the braces are
pushing your teeth outwards or pulling your
teeth outwards, that should mean that you
should be able to mew while wearing braces.
This is because the braces, and the tongue are
pushing the teeth towards the same direction,
which will allow you to expand your palate and
push your maxilla upwards and forwards.

the answer to this is fairly simple. When you
mew your tongue pushes your teeth outwards
expands your palate and your retainer prevents
you from doing this. This means that you won't
gain any results. If you're wearing a retainer
while mewing specially if you wearing a retainer
part time is even worse, if you for example,
wear your retainers only during the nighttime,
And in a daytime you're mewing, That means
that in the daytime, your tongue will be pushing
your teeth outwards, and in the nighttime, your
retainer will be pushing your teeth right back
inwards to the same position they were at. So
not only does this prevent you from getting
results, but it also makes your teeth wobble,
because your teeth are wobbling forwards and
backwards. So wearing a retainer part time
won't only, not get you any results from mewing,
but it might also do damage to your teeth. So to
summarize it all up. The only time when you
can mew while wearing braces is if the braces

are pushing your teeth outwards, not inwards
and wearing a retainer while mewing will not
only prevent you from getting results, but it will
also do damage.

Mewing with underbite
Because your tongue has been in the wrong
place, your facial structure has melted. When a
face melts/downswings past a certain point
there are two options. Either the maxilla tilts
forward, or backwards.
If it tilts too far backwards, as it does in
underbite cases, it will cause your tongue to go
forward in your mouth to keep your airway
open. This force of your tongue against your
lower teeth/jaw, over time, will cause it to jut
forward. Your mandible (lower jaw) will also

grow forward in order to preserve the health of
the jaw joint.
It it tilts to far forwards, your tongue will drop to
very bottom of your mouth and eventually you
will end up with a recessed chin or an overbite.
As you expand your maxilla, it will tilt
horizontally, causing your mandible to go back
to its correct position. The in turn will cause
your lower teeth to be aligned perfectly with
your upper teeth.
Make absolutely sure that the POSTERIOR
THIRD of the tongue is engaged as this is
predominantly what is responsible for correcting
the tilt.

Mewing with overerbite
Mewing With an Overbite
Mewing with an overbite is a topic that still has
no real conclusions. Some people on the
internet claim that mewing has made their
overbite worse, while others claim otherwise.
Mewing expands the roof of the mouth and
pushes it up and forward. While there are
changes also made to the mandible or the
lower jaw, it’s not really for fixing an overbite.
Because the maxilla should move forward with

mewing, this could make the overbite worse.
So, it is incredibly crucial to get other treatment
to fix your overbite.
Mewing with an overbite also presents some
challenges. For example, people who have
overbites might have difficulty swallowing or
closing their mouths. Both of these things are
crucial in mewing properly. If you have an
overbite, then it will be more challenging to
mew correctly. Additionally, people who have
deep overbites could have a smaller palate.
Having a palate that is large enough to fit your
tongue is essential in mewing. Without it,
mewing correctly would not be possible.
Conclusion
Mewing with an overbite has some risks to it.
But, when done correctly, you should have no
problem. The crucial part is to get additional
dental support to fix your overbite. Don’t expect
mewing to fix your overbite because that likely

won’t happen. Don’t do hard mewing. Getting
professional help for your overbite will go
further than trying to fix it with mewing.
Mewing has a ton of health and aesthetic
benefits that you can take advantage of. You
can still have all of those benefits by getting
your overbite fixed via some other way. It is also
incredibly important to do mewing correctly.
Some aspects of having an overbite could
impair your ability to mew correctly. That could
contribute to mewing making an overbite worse.
Mewing incorrectly could do much more harm
than good.
mewing with an overbite is overall okay and is
completely up to you, provided you’re not
actually pressing hard. Consider your options
and be certain that you are implementing all the
safety precautions you can. After all, you don’t
want to end up like those people whose
overbite became worse.

McKenzie ChinTalk
A fantastic exercise to correct forward head
posture; Mackenzie was a New Zealand
physiotherapist, who was
around the time when people were moving to
sitting, desks, sitting in cars, sitting was
becoming a predominant activity, and people's
necks were coming forward, since he was trying
to fight​this many people. I guess the screens
and tablets and smartphones haven't helped
but this is a great exercise to try and get the

neck back up on top of the body. First thing we
should stand back against the wall, so your
backs against the wall, and your bottoms
against the wall, don't try and get your shoulder
back against the wall that's not necessary and
that's going to strain you, then move your feet
forward for less than one of
your feet, distances. Now, when your head
comes back against the wall, you should notice
a bit of a heads going to touch against
the wall and it should be a little point that sticks
out of the back of your head, you can use a
piece of paper behind your head, sliding up the
wall, a bit like the picture .
Now, almost as if the paper is going to pull up
you can follow your head up with a piece of
paper, follow chin tuck up as it goes up, and
chin tuck at the same time.
and then back up again, and then slide up.

. You're trying to raise that spot as far up the
wall as you possibly can, bringing your chin
back in, giving yourself as many double chins
as possible. We recommend a set of about 20
reps, try and make the last couple, three to five
reps last in the whole position, about five
seconds.
Now, one of the beauties of this exercise is it
can be done anywhere, your walls are great to

practice to get good at it, try and do this
exercise elsewhere. Do it work, every school
child try and do a couple of these every time
you sit in the lesson. If you're in a car it was
excellent because the headrest went up too far
back, which means you've got overstretched
back to do this exercise, same on trains and
aeroplanes at the end of the day. The real
beauty of this exercise is when ​you can
combine it with a mealtime exercise, because
then you've got a focus, time to actually do this
exercise as well, and work on it work on it work
on it, It doesn't come overnight.
Different tongue positions and
malocclusion
There is a balance between the tongue and the
teeth , lips , cheeks. So the different positions of
teeth could be related to tongue position here
some examples:

set against the palate and the intermolar width
around 42mm is a nice broad wide dental arch
and shallow palate .
Touching upper teeth : not really a
malocclusion , probably crowded wisdom teeth
. Intermolar width around 37mm maybe there
are lower incisors crowding , but in general

roof of the mouth where you want to put your

Fixed retainer : gose behind the teeth. Upper
only 4 teeth, lower 6 or 8 teeth . It won’t stop

mouth.
Risks of mewing
Hard mewing and too much chewing can be
really bad particularly if you have any issue like
Joint problems as TMJ .

There are 3 things to make sure that you
mewing safely:
Maximum opening : how many fingers you can
put in your mouth. You should be able to get at
least 3 fingers in . If you can’t be carful with
monitoring.

Look if there’s any scalloping or marks on the
sides of your tongue . It indicates the your
tongue wedges slightly between your teeth.
Doing the pinky test : take your two little fingers
and put them in your ears facing forward so the
balls of the little fingers can feel you jaw joints

All of this should happen naturally, when you
get OBSESSED with NOT ACCEPTING
asymmetry.

Rarely is that you encounter an individual with
perfect symmetry in 2021. Asymmetry is very
unattractive. Wild animals never struggle with
asymmetry, because they live in harmony. The
person expressing asymmetrical features

abandoned the idea of living in harmony with
nature and the universe.
Symmetry builds up on applying the proper
techniques while bone smashing. Additionally,
Testosterone
maximization, human growth hormone
optimization and a boost in ATP-production
decrease asymmetrical expressions immensely.

operation. Mewing, with the endless reactions it
induces, is the perfect example for this „butterfly
effect“. Consequently it is very common to
observe asymmetries going away or getting
smaller in the face, when the overall muscular
symmetry in the body improves.
The muscles of one side of your body
especially affect the muscles of the same side
of your face massively. Striving for a more
balanced and symmetrical execution of
bodybuilding exercise can therefore lead to
better facial balance. If the muscles grow
in a certain direction, the other tissues will
normally adapt accordingly. Of course your daily
movements also play into this picture, but they
can be overshadowed by intense strength
training.
That’s actually a great thing in my opinion,
cause this allows you to create the right
embossing in the gym(or wherever you do
some

high intensity training), so that you don’t have to
think about it the rest of time, but just
effortlessly go with it.

We know that the force of the tongue and jaw
can rotate our maxilla upwards and forwards.
More force might make it quicker. So most
people do hard mewing for quick results.
Facepulling is giving more pressure to the
maxilla than hard mewing can.
It can be done with thumbs or appliances.
Thumb Pulling
Its a basic technique in face pulling You push
the palate in specific areas with your thumb in
hard or medium forces in a certain amount of
times or sets. You should only push the maxilla
and not the sphenoid bone (marked in green)

What is Bone Smashing ?
The name already has it in it. Bones are
„smashed“. Usually the practitioner desires an
aesthetic change in his skull.
A few millimetres of bone can make a drastic
difference and let the face appear more
masculine and more attractive.
Rumours about indigenous cultures, who
already praised the power of „Bone Smashing“
and regularly applied mechanisms are
circulating. This seems plausible: Not only does
Bone smashing have the potential to increase
skull aesthetics, it can further create a better
protected and more intimidating face.
Two factors that undoubtedly are advantageous
in battle.
How do I „bone smash“ ?
The simple act of hitting yourself can provoke a
growth reaction. It is important to hit exactly
where you want more bone. Instead of just
smashing the entire skull, it makes more sense

to figure out which areas of your individual face
are lacking.
Slowly approach those regions - touch them feel their shape - start mildly tipping them decide in which direction your bone should
grow - and then start hitting from this angle.
It’s very common to change the angle with
almost every hit,
or even hit „all around“ a certain bone. But other
times you might remain straight for the entire
session. All depends on the vision you’ve got
for each bone.
Who is Bone Smashing for?
Theoretically it works for everybody. Just be
aware that a person can elevate the perceived
development of the skull immensely, solely by
implementing some new lifestyle habits.
Nonetheless, many people above 18 years of
age find themselves having severely
underdeveloped facial bones. They are best
suited for this practice.

their facial structure consistently over a long
period of time, much of their karma will heal. An
increased ability to enjoy life goes hand in hand
with a better looking face.
Does Bone Smashing work??
WOLF’S LAW: „Wolff's law, developed by the
German anatomist and surgeon Julius Wolff
(1836–1902) in the 19th century, states that
bone in a healthy person or animal will
adapt to the loads under which it is placed. If
loading on a particular bone increases, the
bone will remodel itself over time to become
stronger to resist that sort of loading. The
internal architecture of the trabeculae
undergoes adaptive changes, followed by
secondary changes to the external cortical
portion of the bone, perhaps becoming thicker
as a result.“

The legitimacy of Wolf's Law is proven over and
over again by fighters, and by accidents.
If you understand this law, you don’t have to
ask the question „does Bone Smashing work?“
But be careful, in the modern day and age most
people live in a
world deprived of violence. They associate
hitting yourself with a mental illness.

Fist fights became a rarity and it is believed that
all forms of physical violence are a „toxic
masculine“ trait. Whereas in reality violence is
one of the most powerful assets of men, not
toxic men. Between MEN ONLY though, if a
man hits women or children, that’s not
acceptable. Other men, who are aware of the
situation, have the responsibility to intervene
and eliminate the toxic masculine individual.
How? with physical violence.
Feminine men, women, young children basically all low testosterone individuals often
stand under the misconception that getting hit
must be one of the worst things in the world,
something that must be super painful, always
for everybody.
Naturally it is brutal for them. If you, my friend,
belong to any of those demographic groups,
then most of the information coming up, won’t
be of great usage to you, unfortunately. BUT IF

YOU ARE A MALE, who feels some
testosterone rushing through his veins, then
you are most likely gonna be secure,
confident and fearless in your approach to Bone
Smashing.
High testosterone individuals are extremely
pain resistant, especially when it comes to
physical pain.
They have supreme awareness of their body
and understand that they won’t damage their
brain in the process of Bone Smashing. They
smash focussed, and wild but controlled at the
same time. They love - and also hate, being
punched.
If it would be otherwise, why is it that successful
men intentionally fight with each other ? Boxing,
MMA and Bone Smashing in a controlled
manner are practically risk-free. The reasons
why these activities become potentially health
threatening are because you participate in
serious fights(not to bash this), or if the

participants in any of Those 3 activities is
feminine.(No hate to all feminine beings, much
love).
If you can relate to the masculine way of
looking at the world, ignore all non-masculine
advice on topics such as Bone Smashing.
People without a lot of testosterone just don't
get it.
Although the graphic presented above is correct
in its core message, it is not the case that all
bone which isn’t immediately needed, gets
reabsorbed quickly. Unless human growth

hormone dramatically decreases or a diet low in
alkaline minerals is consumed, bone has no
reason to be reabsorbed quickly, not even when
an individual stops bone smashing.

What goes away though, and potentially gives
an impression of less bone is the Swelling.
There is immediate swelling right after a
session(almost like a pump), which goes away
relatively quickly and then there is
longer-lasting swelling, which remains up to 14
days after bone smashing.
In total, swelling makes up more than 50% of
the perceived results, so don’t be demotivated
when your face looks less „smashed“ a few
days after a session. Actual bone still
grew.
Actually it is a blessing that swelling makes up
the majority of the provoked reaction. It allows

us to reconsider, if we truly want to increase
bone mass in a particular area.
The swelling shows us how our bone will look, if
we continue to hit in the same manner. An
outlook in the future that gives you the power to
decide, if you want to make the image a reality
or rather want to stop, before it’s too late.
Not much bone is needed to change your facial
appearance. Remember: „Millimeters of bone,
kilometres of success“.
Struggle is inevitable and I could just leave you
with the general premise of Hit hard where you
desire to grow bone and stop thinking.
This is certainly truer than everything else I’m
going to write from now on. But practicing and
teaching Bone Smashing for almost a year now,
I’ve noticed several points worth mentioning
and some potential mistakes that are better
pointed out beforehand.
Assymetry,:This is an obvious one and you
might think „who is so stupid to hit

non-symmetrical?“. The answer is, probably
you.
Very few people have near perfect muscular
balance between the right and left side of their
whole body, including the skull.
If the muscles utilized for bone smashing are
not perfectly identical, chances are that the
bones will mirror this difference. On top of that,
most people have more force in their right arm,
which means that if this power is not regulated,
further imbalances will be created. As we’ve
learnt, all the muscles of your body and face
are interconnected and some of them can
create a butterfly effect on the whole corpus.
To guarantee the most symmetric development
possible we integrate the cross over technique
in our sessions often: For bones that exists
twice in the face(cheekbone, jawline, eye bone,
etc…) we do sets of cross over hits(we take our
right arm and hit the bone on the left side of our

face and vice versa) in addition to normal
sets(right arm on right side).
For bones that only exist once in your face, we
can simply do 1 set with each hand for every
„official“ set (when the program says 1 set for
chin, we actually do 2 sets, 1 with each hand).
Really pay attention to hitting exactly
symmetrical with both arms.
We will also keep in mind the GOAT-Method to
make symmetrical hitting easy. We make sure
to hit both sides for the same amount of time
with approximately the same amount of force.
We keep our testosterone high, so that we are
able to fully focus on hitting the bone precisely.
We don’t accept distractions during a bone
smashing session and we stop hitting when our
energy gets low.
Non aesthetic bone growth: Once upon a time I
made a video about a guy, who smashed his
cheekbones for only one week everyday. He
ended up with overly big and misfitting cheeks

that, despite him not smashing them anymore,
are still huge a
year later. Watch the Video here.
Usually this isn’t that much of a problem, cause
individual differences or specialities give you
„that certain something“ and are a
representation of how you smash and who you
are. We just don’t want to develop unpleasant
aesthetic ratios.
To ensure this does not happen I suggest never
hit your bones more than twice a week, unless
you're 100% sure about what you’re doing. We
want to constantly analyze and reevaluate what
we did to our face and ask ourselves(or others),
if this
is actually conducive to our facial aesthetics.
Sessions without hard hits:
After an intense bone smashing period with
great success I came up with the idea to smash
certain thinner, more fragile bones(for example
the upper eye bone) with less force,

respectively, to give them more of a strong
massage than actual hits.
This turned out to be a fatal mistake. All of a
sudden, the bones that weren’t hit hard
anymore, felt like they no longer recovered.
Then a colleague sent me information, which
claimed that bone only grows after you surpass
a certain force threshold and it is actually even
possible to lose bone, if you don’t hit hard
enough.
Everything made sense to me very fast. In
nature nobody will hit us gently on our bones.
No human will be that kind in a serious fight, no
animal will be touching us friendly while it fights
for survival and not even nature responds
regardfully, when we fall off a cliff. They will not
serve us a force according to the thickness or
fragility of our facial bones. They know that a
human can only be stopped by HARD hits and
we usually don’t like it to be stopped. That’s

why we developed an adaption mechanism to
increase bone
density, thickness and size, in case we get
punched hard.
This way it will be more difficult to stop us the
next time. But next time again, nobody will
massage our bones and that’s why we don’t
have an adaptation mechanism to grow bone
from long hours of gentle hits. It doesn’t happen
in real life.
Make sure to always have some hard enough
hits(hit like you were in a fight) in every bone
smashing session, no matter how thin the bone
is. There’s no need to start with super hard hits.
It’s actually better for symmetry to start off slow
to develop a feeling for the practice and bring in
the hard hits later in the session,
when you’re fully warmed (and fired) up. Why
you can even lose bone, when you don’t hit
hard enough, is because you slightly damage
your bones with the light hits, but build zero

bone, which consequently results in a net
negative, respective
bone loss.

using solely the knuckles of your fist.
A hammer - although you can cover the whole
face with your hands, sometimes a hammer is
helpful to leverage precision and intensity.
Hammer hits give a bit of a different „smashing
shape“. Be careful, not every region responds
well to hammer hits. You should be able to tell
this yourself. In case you’re unsure, I’ve made
some notes about it too.

A ball made from clay - for curvy areas, like the
orbitals(eye area), a roundish shape can be
useful. Not necessarily required. In my case, I
never bothered.

What can you hit?
You can hit literally every bone of your whole
body and provoke growth (at least in theory).
I’m only presenting the bones, that are
generally required for a warrior skull. + Some
extra bones…
The pandemic of weak male chins throughout
the younger generations is astonishing.
Traditionally, a broad and forward grown chin
represents manhood.
The big drop in the average testosterone level
of the male population, seems to have also
brought along weaker chins. Elderly men
sometimes have ridiculously huge chins,
something I’ve almost never seen in people
below 30.

Bone smashing the chin is easy. With every
bone smashing session the chin gets harder
and more
resilient. After the initial phase you can(or must)
hit it extremely hard to provoke any further
growth. That’s why some people might believe
the chin can’t grow.
These people might have low testosterone
levels and are afraid (or simply can’t) hit hard
enough.

Cheekbone
Prominent cheekbones are a sign of healthy
development (good nutrition, low stress) during
childhood till young adolescence. These will
create a hollow cheek look, in a lean individual.
Very popular, especially, seems to be the higher
pronounced cheek bone, which is the reason
why you might want to focus more on this area
while bone smashing. Practices like thumb
pulling or zygos pulling can help
to create an illusion of more forward grown
cheeks.

Bone smashing of the upper eye area is one
powerful method to go from prey eyes to hunter
eyes. Not only does your bone grow forward
and downward, which creates a better
protected eye area. During bone smashing the
eyes naturally move further back into the skull,
because they are in danger. Two profound

Other powerful looksmax techniques that help

Eyelid Pulling Video Grab the tissue between
your upper eyelid and the eyebrows - pull it
down - hold for 5 seconds - go up again. Do 10

character goes against hunter eyes, you won’t
be able to keep them.

It is important to sleep enough, to look at far
distances from time to time and to not stare at
screens all day long.
An increase in awareness, confidence,
calmness and focus also leads to a way better
eye area. By meditating 10 mins in the morning
or just approaching your day in a meditative
„alpha“ state you will get a more attractive
glance overall and especially more masculine
eyes. The eyes reflect ur inner state very well.
The most attractive and „best“ state for a man is
usually the just described alpha state. It is a
long journey to get there and by no means am I
perfect. One can’t have a great eye area if he
approaches life from a standpoint of fear, if he
walks away from his problems, if he denies his
desires and settles in mediocrity. A masculine
eye area is reserved for those who have truly
masculine character traits. If one doesn’t
require or shows any of these traits, if one does
rather escape than „hunt“ there is no need for

him to have hunter eyes, actually hunter eyes
would harm this individual, because hunter
eyes are focussed and therefore less able to
perceive dangers from the sides. If one doesn’t
benefit from something, the universe will do it’s
best to keep it far away.
More masculine behaviour also leads to the
eyes going deeper in your skull, cause you stop
much of the mindless consumption that
develops googly eyes. Stay calm, keep vision,
no matter what happens and it will reflect in
your eyes. Easier said than done, but we must
face the deeper meaning behind the way we
look on the outside to truly succeed in the long
term.

Dr. Imoto's experiment.
In 1990, Dr. Masaru Imoto decided to evaluate
the power of thought through a series of
experiments. His first experiment was his
famous experiment on water. Dr. Imoto found
that when water freezes, it shows its true nature
in the form of crystals. (Did you know that snow
crystals that fall from the sky are each as
unique as a fingerprint and none are the same

Dr. Imoto continued his research and realized
how words, prayers, and music affect water. Dr.
Imoto froze the water droplets after the

photograph them as evidence. Dr. Imoto
conducted an experiment to see the effect of
"thank you", "I love you" and happy music
thoughts. After a while, the result was that the
contaminated water crystals, which were

glass was completely rotten was that ignoring

effect!
Simple words spoken aloud had a very strange
effect on the structure of the specimens. About
65, 70% of our body is made of water and now
we see that water reacts to our thoughts. Now
think about how we affect ourselves and others.
