CHAPTER V
TECHNICAL PLAN
A. Production Process
Below is the listed procedure of making customized pet collar .
Prepare garterize nylon, beads and pendant. Use size chart to double-check your pet's
measurement.
1. Wrap a tape measure closely around your pet's neck and note down the measurement.
2. Add 2.5cm/1 inch to this figure to allow the correct amount of space between their
neck and the collar for a perfect fit.
3. (If you don't have a tape measure - use a piece of string and a ruler) if your pet already
wears a collar that fits well, you can take it off and measure the inside circumference
when it's fastened on the correct hole to find out your pet's neck size.
4. Then after measuring the size of your pet's neck, start putting beads on the nylon then
make it creative and customized design then knotting after.
B. Production Size and Schedule
1. Production Size
When fitting your pet's collar, ensure it is neither too tight nor too loose—allow enough
room for comfort without being overly restrictive. As a general guide, there should be
space to comfortably insert two fingers (2.5cm/1inch) between the collar and your pet's
neck for a snug fit.
2. Production Schedule
The work plan is straightforward, spanning Monday to Friday, with operations
commencing at 8 AM and concluding at 11 AM. On Mondays, essential materials like
stretchy nylon, beads, and pendants are procured in the morning. Later in the afternoon, a
team meeting takes place, fostering discussions on creative ideas and task assignments.
3. Office hours
The team collaborates throughout the week, from Monday to Friday, with workdays
beginning at 8 AM and concluding at 11 AM. Mondays involve morning activities
focused on acquiring necessary supplies, followed by an engaging afternoon meeting
where discussions revolve around innovative ideas.
C. Operation Site
In order to market the pet collar effectively, the manufacturing site will be exclusively
set up within a household due to the singular focus on this product.
