RDL concept
Generally,a husband is liable for the household necessities brought by the wife
during the subsistence of the marriage.
But, under this prosimisse concept ,it accepted that the contracting wife is also
liable for the half of the debt.
And if any event if she contracts as a single party,she has to pay the entirety of
debt.
No Sri Lankan judicial evidence to prove this concept.
