Subject: To seek permission to undergo industrial internship at your esteemed organization
Respected Sir/Madam,
L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad is a premier Engineering Institute in Gujarat State imparting quality
education in various engineering disciplines. Its five UG programs viz. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation
& Control and Chemical Engineering are accredited by NBA. After taking inputs from various industries regarding
what the industry needs from an engineering graduate, we are permitting students for industrial training during
their course of study. As per curriculum of GTU, students of final semester of BE program are required to undergo
full semester internship or project.
Following student/s is/are studying in final year of Mechanical Engineering at our college. She/He/They desire/s to
undergo internship/project at your esteemed organization at their cost and responsibility. We grant her/him/them
permission for the same. If you grant permission, it would help her/him/them to build strong technical skills and
provide her/him/them with hands on experience of the industry. Moreover, it shall also help to build an industryinstitute linkage, which in turn will result in overall development of society. The training can be undertaken in the
period from 15/1/2024 to 20/04/2024 for minimum 12 weeks.
