surface with proper steel frames, steel
lining, a metal conduit for wiring, and
non-combustible insulation coverings.
Façade cavity shall not be used for
routing electrical cabling, LPG or
natural gas piping and hot water
piping hence its flammable.

It has been identified that cable
glands for the conduits have not been
installed on the panel in many places
on the building. Please ensure that
the GI conduits are terminated to the
panel using GI glands. In a few places,
we observed cables passing without
GI conduits, which is not acceptable.
