To: Fred Reynolds (fdrey@email.net) From: Lea Ann Hankins (LeaAnn.Hankins@finalseasons.com) Date: November 13, 2009 10:32 a.m. Subject: Re: Unexplained supply charges Dear Mr. Reynolds, I sincerely apoligize for the confusion. The recent statement in question is reflected on the new computerized A/R system which changed the cut-off dates. They are now from the 1st through the 30th whereas they had been from the 15th to the 15th which results in 45 days of ancillary charges as opposed to 30. For example, a total of 250 units of incontinency undergarments reflects average changes at 5.5 per 24 hour period. In addition, the dates of service reflect the date the ancillary clerk key punches charged ancillaries rather than official date of useage. Calling my attention to this is appreciated as I did not know the run would contain these days charges and I'm sure other families will also have concerns. I’d like to apolgize once again for the misunderstanding.
