Japan focuses on working together which creates a positive influence towards the people. U.S implies that we are all unequal by not choosing to work together but instead work individually. Individualism -Lorenzo • America focuses on its individualism • Japan focuses on working as a group Power Distance – Jose Noa Power Distance is the the difference between the economical status of the people in the country At a score of 54, Japan is a very fair society Everybody is born with the right to work for their social status Conclusion by Lourdens Bertrand In conclusion , the U.S & Japan are totally two different countries by their individualism and power distance by Japan having a way where everyone is united and working together while the U.S we tend to focus on ourselves.
