Japan vs United State – by

Today, we will be discussing and comparing the individualism and
power distances between these two countries.

Japan focuses on working together which creates a positive
influence towards the people.

U.S implies that we are all unequal by not choosing to work together
but instead work individually.
Individualism -Lorenzo
• America focuses on its individualism
• Japan focuses on working as a group
Power Distance – Jose Noa

Power Distance is the the difference between the economical
status of the people in the country

At a score of 54, Japan is a very fair society

Everybody is born with the right to work for their social status
Conclusion


In conclusion , the U.S & Japan are totally two different countries by
their individualism and power distance by Japan having a way
where everyone is united and working together while the U.S we
tend to focus on ourselves.
