30 jumping jack - 2 reps
Jog in place for 30 secs.
Rest for 30 secs.
 Muscular Power (2 rep)
Plank - 30 sec
 Agility (2 reps)
Ladder Exercise
 Speed
40 meter sprint
 Coordination (2 reps)
Juggling - 30 secs
 Balance
Single Leg Balance (switch sides)- 40 secs, 1 rep
 Reaction Time
Ruler test - 3 tries
(20 sec rest after each part)
 Cool down
Side reach - 2 rep
Shoulder stretch - 2 rep
Abs stretch - 30 secs
