Airbnb in Somerset Con rmation Code: HMFYSYEYT
Date: 14th September to 10th Decembe
I have booked a long-term stayed in a bed and breakfast (b&b) named Dragon y from September
14th to December 10th. There were several incidents, including verbal abuse and restrictions to
my rights to contact airbnb, happened during halfway of my stay. Below are the timeline and
incidents which has threatened my safety to stay there as a guest any longer.
1. On October 31st, I discovered my food was eaten by the live-in sta (Photo1&2).
2. The live-in sta told other guests they were allow to use my private bathroom which was
guaranteed my sole use by the host before I booked the accommodation (Photo 3).
3. On October 31st, I discovered there were other guests who used my private bathroom. I have
contacted both Airbnb and the host about the above issues within 72 hours. (Photo 4&5)
4. On November 4th early morning, the live-in sta confronted me about my contact to the host
and Airbnb and shouted at me “FUCK OFF” after she learnt I have reported the above issues
to the host and Airbnb, and threatened I do not have the right to directly contact the host or
Airbnb about any rights violations during my stay in the accommodation. (Crime Number:

After reporting my rights being violated, the host has failed to take the responsibility and lost
control of managing her sta to verbally abuse its guests. Such verbal abuse has threatened my
safety to stay the accommodation as a guest. I did not feel safe or even welcomed to stay there
any longer after I reported the above issues to Airbnb and was later verbally abused by the live-in
sta . Concerning personal safety, I contacted both Airbnb and the host about this aggressive act
on the same morning (Photo 6&7), addressed concerns of my safety to stay there as a guest and
found an emergency accommodation in the same morning (Photo 8).
