ABSTRACT
Our aim is to provide the one-step Destination for Police Officers to find out the Crime
Records and Details of Criminal. With the help of this web application, Police officers
can easily find out the Crime records from a large database efficiently uploading the
face image into the system. This Web application also allows users to manage and view
details like the Complaint records, court details of the criminal.
INTRODUCTION
The project titled “Criminal Spy” is a software integrated application useful for the police
departments for managing tasks like criminals’ details, taking citizens’ complaints, FIR details,
Criminal Database. The system allows Along with management details different police department
branches can share FIR details, criminal data, and document sharing. Also, search the criminal reports
using an image, it will give a fast and accurate result. All these works can be done through this single
integrated software.
This application aims to the one-step Destination for Police Officers to find out the Crime Records
and Details of Criminal. With the help of this web application, Police officers can easily find out the
Crime records from a large database efficiently uploading the face image into the system. This Web
application also allows users to manage and view details like the Complaint records, court details of
the criminal.
Criminal spy is a server-based web application which helps the Police Officers to find out the
Criminals help of by using Adhaar number.
Disadvantages Of Existing System
 The existing System is Crime and traffic violation Report Management System is a website




in which all the paperwork of the station is maintained in a single system and it makes the
handling of records easier.
This can maintain, add, and retrieve all the records like a criminal record, complaint record,
most FIR record, case history, etc. in a single database system.
Outdated Technology: The existing system may use outdated technologies or
methodologies.
Limited Features: It may lack advanced features that a new system could provide.
Scalability Issues: The current system might face challenges when scaling to handle
increased data or user load.
Advantages Of Proposed System

The proposed system Criminal Spy is developed to searching criminal records using crime
records of the station.

In the proposed system searching criminal reports from crime database Admin is the superuser
he manages all crime reports and criminal records.

Users can search for criminals and add and updating existing complaints and court case
details.

This application can be effectively used by the police department for improving the process
of handling information and the entire system will be computerized.

Advanced Features: Highlight any new features that the proposed system introduces, such as
advanced analytics, machine learning, or real-time monitoring.

Scalability: If designed well, the proposed system might be more scalable to handle increased
data and user load.

User-Friendly Interface: Focus on creating a user-friendly interface for ease of use.

The admin is the super user in our system. He has the privileges to access all the functions in
the system, like admin can;


Verify the Station Admin and Station Users Who has registered into the system.

View the list of Station, Users enrolled in the system.

Manage the Station and Users, i.e. adding Stations and Station Users into the System

Add and manage Complaints, FIR, Charge sheet, Court case details and Criminal Records to
the criminal.

Manage traffic violation records and complaints

Update his profile.

