1. My strength are seen that every day is a new day an if I keep doing what I have
done before that didn’t work I’ll keep getting what I have already seen doesn’t
work. My growth happens when I change thing living my life stretching beyond my
comfort zone. Weakness would be being able to cope with changes in my life.
2. Working at a hospital for five years had a big impact on what I learned I love doing
, helping others taking care of sick people is something at comes natural to me. The
joy it bring to my soul and knowing I helped someone live another day. My friends
fulfil that happiness knowing I have two women in my life that no matter how many
years we spend apart we are always there for each other. my mom has giving me my
backbone and showing me life is hard and sometimes not fair but you get what you
put in. my daughter has giving me my strength to strive for the best never settle for
something you aren’t happy with, when you find meaning in life to help others,
leaving behind love, wisdom, happiness, and a positive outlook on each person you
meet.
3. Yes, I hope each day I find and learn something new about life.

Psychologists have found that happiness involves three components: positive emotion and
pleasure, engagement, and meaning. The latter two are especially important in giving
people life satisfaction. People can increase their happiness by practicing gratitude,
performing acts of kindness, learning to forgive, and other actions. Learning how to
