Designated ushers will assist you in the line-up. Please observe proper line etiquette. VIP GOLD & VIP SILVER • Proceed to the right side of the Philippine Arena Lobby for VIP Gold and VIP Silver ticket verification and strapping. Strapping starts from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. There will be directional signages and ushers to guide you. • Once you get your strap, you may queue immediately or visit the Merchandise Booth in the lobby and Carat Zone at the plaza. Please return to your assigned queuing lane before 2:00 PM. Queuing numbers will no longer be honored after 2:00 PM • Soundcheck starts at 3:30 PM. FLOOR STANDING • Proceed to the Drop Off area at the right side of the Philippine Arena for Floor Standing ticket verification and strapping. Strapping starts from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. There will be directional signages and ushers to guide you. • Once you get your strap, you may queue immediately or visit the Merchandise Booth in the lobby and Carat Zone at the plaza. Please return to your assigned queuing lane before 3:30 PM. Queuing numbers will no longer be honored after 3:30 PM • Doors open at 4:00 PM. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. *Queuing stubs are not for sale and are non-transferable. It is for venue entrance purposes only. It will be your option where to stand inside the venue standing section. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TRANSFER / RELOCATE PWDS TO APPROPRIATE SECTIONS FOR SAFETY PURPOSES. 3.
