While unloading on site an agitator hydraulic hose burst
Description - What Happened?
While unloading on site at Chairlift Ave Miami on the GCLR3 John Holland project the agitator hydraulic hose burst
spraying oil over the truck, site and roadway. The site contractor arranged cleanup and check roadway for any
residual oil. Oil was located for approx 500 metres down the road from the discharge site and was cleaned up by
contractor.
Immediate Response
Driver asked if a spill kit was available and left site. Driver reported the incident. Site contacted the plant and
arranged clean up.
