• VDU LY 1000 Yanbu Proto-type Handbook review received from
• eLearning Heat Transfer Equipment, Turn-around and Inspection for LUB
validation
• U-1000 VDU and U-4100 IDWU HB LUB validation
• Phase1 Handbook ToC Sectioning – LUB validation
• Validation meeting scheduled for 9th January.
• UPP to clenched a tentative date for the eLearning Equipment 3D Model
review strategy with LUB technical team. LUB to confirm SAP SF Team &
Accenture availability
• LUB to provide comments on Level 3 Production Plan Rev0 issued on the 8th
January.
Luberef on 8th January.
• Level 3 Production Plan Rev0 issued on the 8th January.
• Recovery Plan #1 validation escalated to Mr Ibrahim and Mr Hugues for
resolution.
• Review Action plan introduced within the weekly ‘’Action recap’’ file. (As per
Level 3 Production Plan)
Challenges This Period
Issues/Actions Required
• UPP has received 95% of data for the following units listed below however it’s
extremely important to note that the 5% is the critical path that needs to be
included in the Production output, this could further be a hurdle to the Production
Work-Flow.
• LUB to provide the missing data (GAD’s) for U-1000 VDU and U-4100 IDWU by 9th
January. (refer to the note in the ‘’Challenges this Period’’ box.
• UPP will provide in advance the remaining Missing data required to fulfill the
production for PDA/MLDW/HCU. Missing Data to be provided by 12th January.
