5 great Filipino inventions,
1. Yoyo
original “yoyo” was far from what it is
today, in terms of both appearance and

3. Medical Incubator
Fe del Mundo, the first Asian to have
entered the prestigious Harvard University’s
School of Medicine,
It was created to address the needs of rural
areas with no electricity that is needed to
regulate newborn babies’ body temperature.
4. Erythromycin
This well-known medicine is an antibiotic
derived from the bacterium Streptomyces
erythreus. Not known by many, the Ilonggo
doctor/scientist Abelardo Aguilar is the one
who discovered the said strain in 1949 using
the soil in his home province.

You’re wrong if you assumed that patis or

As men and women of God we need also to
do something for God that we can
contribute.
 As Christians we must do great work
for God.
 Why because we are serving A great
God.
 We should offer great service, great
worship, great offering.
I-WE NEED TO HAVE THAT FAITH.
 Christ said, you can transfer a tree
into the ocean, but the requirement
is you need to have faith.
 What do you want to do great for
God you should have faith.
 You want have a great testimony
have faith.
 You want to bring your love one to
Christ have faith.
 You want to receive healing from
God have faith.
 You want to grow in your spiritual
life have faith.
 You want to overcome your worries
and fear, have faith.
 Why we need to have faith.
 Because you’ll going to use your
faith.
 Great accomplishment comes with
great struggles.
 Great goals come with great
challenges.
 The moment you want to do great
for God satan will challenge you.
1.He will make you doubt yourself.
You’ll doubt your capacity.
You will question yourself.
In that time you need faith in God.
 Story about money crumpled.
Have faith you are special to God, whatever
your past is you can do better for God.
2. He will make you doubt in waiting.
> Maybe you are praying for a certain
ministry for a long time but until now you
never have it.
> Maybe you’re asking God to strengthen
you in some area of your life so that you
can serve Him mightily but until now you
feel weak.
> Or you’ve been praying for finances
because you want to give something to
church but until now you are in need.
Satan will make you doubt in it.
 He will make you think God is not
working.
 He will make you think God don’t
want you to it.
 Quotes. We need faith because it
will make us believe that God’s time
is perfect.
II-WE NEED TO PLANT THAT FAITH.
 Seed is use? because you need to do
something about that faith.
 You should not stop there, you
should not stop by having faith.
 Maybe your faith is so small right
now like a very small seed but you
need to plant that faith.
 You need to grow that faith.
 You need to grow it until it is enough
for you to move your mountain.
 Quote Mathew 17:20
 What is that mountain that hinders
in doing great works for God?
 Our weaknesses, our sins, our
problems, our sickness, our sorrows,
we need to grow our faith so that
we can remove it.
 And in order to do that we need to
plant our faith.
1. Plant it in the word of God.
 There are people who plant their
faith in the wrong things.
 Faith in their lucky charm. Positions,
in people around them. Your faith
will die, because they may
disappoint you.
 But the word of God will not.
 Ps. 1. Like a tree.
2. Plant it in the will of God.
 Make sure your faith is accord in the
will of God.
 There are people who have faith but
not in the will of God.
 Story of 3 people, Buddhist, Muslim,
Christian.
 Make sure you have faith for things
you know it is the will of God for you
to do.
 Spiritual Growth.
 Evangelize.
 Use your gift for Him.
III- SHOW THAT FAITH.
 God said you can transfer the tree
into the ocean.
 Meaning you can show to other
people the power of your faith.
 you should not keep it but you need
let other people see
 You need to let other people feel it.
 Why? 2 reasons.
1. Your faith we lead other people to
faith.
Daniel 6: 26.
Because Daniel show his faith, the king
know God as the living, He ordered his
people to believe in God.
 Because Daniel show his faith even
in difficult situation he hath done
extra-ordinary and that lead other
people to faith.
2.Your faith will inspire other people.
> Jim Elliot , he and four other missionaries
would be setting up camp in the territory of
a dangerous and uncivilized Indian tribe
known then as the Aucas (Ow-cuz), known
now as the Waodani (Wah-o-dah-nee).
In his death, however, he probably inspired
more people to go to other countries to share
the love of Jesus than he ever could have in life.
 Because he show, he share his faith,
 He was killed but it challenges other
missionaries to go there that lead to
salvation of almost of the people in
the tribe.
 If you want to do great for God you
need to show your faith. Don’t be
ashamed of your faith.
Conc: Sometimes it takes faith to
understand that your greatest hurt is your
greatest ministry.
