MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTION
One of my new year's resolutions is to prioritize my physical and mental
health. This past year has been filled with stress and uncertainty, and I
realize that I have not been taking care of myself as well as I should. In
the coming year, I want to make sure that I am getting enough sleep,
eating a healthy diet, and exercising regularly. I also want to make time
for activities that help me relax and de-stress, such as meditation or
yoga.
