JOSEPH M. BAYANG BSIT 1F MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTION One of my new year's resolutions is to prioritize my physical and mental health. This past year has been filled with stress and uncertainty, and I realize that I have not been taking care of myself as well as I should. In the coming year, I want to make sure that I am getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and exercising regularly. I also want to make time for activities that help me relax and de-stress, such as meditation or yoga.
