Active Auxiliary, and presently employed at the Local Government Unit of Claver.

How: Acting on the said report, personnel of Claver MPS immediately
proceeded to the place of incident. Upon arrival, it was revealed that four (4)
unidentified individuals, equipped with long and short firearms, riding on two
(2) motorcycles without plate number, entered the said residence/compound.

away the following items:
a. Wallet with cash in dollar and philippine
money, sum of more or less Three Hundred
Thousand Pesos(Php300,000.00) from the
room of Mr. Ronald Murcia;
b. One (1) realme C55 cellphone;
c. One(1) realme C10 cellphone;
d. One (1) Redme note 12i cellphone;
e. One(1) Samsung Analag Phone; and
f. Two (2) Huawei Cellphone.

Robbery Incident with Rape
BACKGROUND:
On October 25, 2023 at about 3:30 AM, were personnel of Claver MPS received a cellular phone call from a
concerned citizen informing that a robbery incident has transpired at the residence of Mr. Ronald Murcia in Purok 6, Barangay
Panatao, Claver, Surigao del Norte. Initial investigation disclosed that four (4) unidentified individuals wearing CIDG upper
garments and Bonet , equipped with long and short firearms, on board with two (2) motorcycles without plate number, entered
the said residence. Right there and then seven (7) individuals were held captive inside the residence and confiscated all the
cell phones. Thereafter, suspects searched the house and carted away the following items; cash money in US dollar and
Philippine currency amounting to more or less Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php300,000.00) allegedly owned by Mr.
Ronald Murcia’s daughter, an OFW, One (1) realme C55 cellphone, One(1) Realme C10 cellphone, One (1) Redme note 12i
cellphone, One(1) Samsung Analag Phone and Two (2) Huawei Cellphone. Further, one of the victim Stephany Seňal
Samontina, 22 yrs. old, single-mom was allegedly raped by one of the suspect during the incident. Suspects left the scene
towards unknown direction but the suspect’s direction was later found out fled towards Brgy. Ladgaron and further went to
provincial road going to Brgy. Sapa, Claver, SDN base on the CCTV footage acquired from MDRRMO claver.
Mr Ronald Murcia is a candidate for Brgy. Chairman of Brgy. Panatao, Claver, former OFW and a resident of Purok
6, Barangay Panatao, Claver, Surigao del Norte .
Resolution
Update on Robbery Incident with Rape
 The Claver MPS has not filed the case against one of the identified suspect
due to election holidays. The case is hopefully be filed this Friday, November
3, 2023.
 The three other suspects still to be determined, no further witness or evidence
that would link the personalities on the robbery case.
