Course Materials
PowerPoint slides and the PDF version of the PowerPoints slides for each week’s lesson
will be posted on the course website. In addition, the videos produced by the textbook
publishers for each lesson will also be posted as supplement resources. Additional
materials related to the course will also be posted on the course website and therefore, you
are strongly encouraged to visit the course website regularly.
Assessment Methods
Quizzes, Tests, and the Final Examination will be held online. Assessment will consist of
Multiple choice, True/False, and short Answer type questions. Safe exam browser may be
used for assessments. Understanding the examples, completing the exercises given in the
lesson material and completing the recommended exercises in the course outline will help
you to succeed well in this course.
Assessment Details
Duration of each quiz will be 75 minutes. However, the quizzes will be available online for
4 hours on the specified dates. Once you start the quiz, you will have to finish it and submit
within 75 minutes. The duration of the test will be 90 minutes and the duration of the final
Examination will be 130 minutes and they will be available online for a specified time only.
Quiz 1 – will be available online on the 20th of January 2024 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Quiz 2 – will be available online on the 27th of January 2024 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Test 1 – will be available online on the 3rd of February 2024 from 8:00 pm to 9:20 pm
Quiz 3 – will be available online on the 17th of February 2024 from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Final Exam – Will be held online on the 24th of February 2024 from 7:00 pm to 9:20 pm.
