Final Round ( via Skype) The terms and conditions for the training program (if selected) are as follows: Student must clear 15-18 technical tests before joining the company for that there is no limitations on the numbers of attempt to pass these tests. Students must be committed and dedicated to undergo an on-the-job training for minimum 3 months. During the training period the students will be entitled to a stipend of Rs. 15,000 pm. There is no employment bond. On the successful completion of 3 month of training with our organization organization,, the particular student will be employed by us on according to the academic marks scored by him/ her, the details are given below- (i) Minimum salary of Rs. 4.5 lpa CTC for for candidates who have scored a minimum minimum of 70% marks in all their examinations, (starting from class-10). (ii) Minimum salary of Rs. 3.6 lpa CTC for candidates who have scored a minimum of 60% marks in all their examinations, (starting from class-10). (iii) Minimum salary of Rs. 3 lpa CTC for other candidates. All Candidates will be provided an opportunity to scale scale up their package before joining, after clearing all technical test candidate can appear for one final machine test (Duration 3-4 hours) at office. If candidates pass this test in that case he or she will get higher hi gher package depending on his/ her result or if he or she fail than in t hat case he or she will be employed on the initial promised salary.
