Categorize project success factors into categories. Quantify the effect of each category into account the effect of all stakeholders on project efficiency and progress. METHODOLOGY METHODOLOGY 1. Gathered 40 Success Factors compiled into seven categories. 2. Gathered data through a survey including these listed success factors and distributed to various experts in the construction field. 3. The responses were analyzed using the Relative Importance Index and Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. Administrative aspects: influence of the client/client's representative and the availability of experienced managers and a skillful workforce. Authorities' approval mechanisms: statutory approvals environment.
