The meeting was called to order at exactly 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Whereas, Minien National High School, a public educational institution, existing and
operating under Philippine Law, with business address at Minien West, Sta. Barbara,
Pangasinan, and constituted officers conducted a meeting called for the aboveentitled purpose January 9, 2024 at 1 o’clock in the afternoon at Minien National High
School Covered Court;
Whereas, the mentioned parties herein actually took part in the discussion and
deliberation, unanimously agreed as evidenced by way to request FIFTY (50) PIECES
OF MONOBLOCK CHAIRS for the students to utilize in their respective face-to-face
classes due to shortage;
Whereas, The Federated Parent-Teacher Association Officers and Members
concurred to request the said Monoblock chairs and manifested their conscious and
willful consent to support the foregoing intentions of their unconditional desire to help
further the best interest of students and the school; the said request is through Hon.
Vici Ventanilla, Board Member, Third District of Pangasinan;
Whereas, this resolution becomes immediately effective and binding to all parties
upon subscription of all the authorities indicated hereunto;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon the proposition and motion of Mrs. Jocelyn L. Marcial and
duly seconded by Barangay Kagawad Virgilio Mabanta, be it;
BE IT RESOLVED THEREFORE, that the said request for the Monoblock Chairs
through Board Member Vici Ventanilla be made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, THE PARTIES SET THEIR HANDS THIS 9TH DAY OF
JANUARY, 2024, MUNICIPALITY OF STA. BARBARA PANGASINAN.
