Your Day 1, 6, 11, 15 will be live sessions and rest session will be Pre-captured.Your will get
recording of Live session within 5 hours of commencement of session. Everyday one video
will unlock which you can watch anytime throughout the day and live session session will
held on 9PM to 10 PM.
