In the drawing each lighting fixture is
described by its PROJECT CODE and
INSTALLATION INFORMATION
For example, project code LCF31 C is a
CEILING installation and LFC31 D is an
installation that can be described only
in DETAIL. You can find this
information under the Lighting Legend
in the Lighting Design tables.
As for LFC31 is the linear fixture
proposed to illuminate all the
musharabia of the facade and should
be positioned in the lower and internal
part of it as to wall wash the facade. As
for LFC31 Ceiling Installation is only
present in the L02 001.
Our estimated length for Fire rated cable (3(1x185) +(1x95)
+(1G95) from MSDB to firefighting pumps are 100 meters,
since this is 3 sets, both 1x185mm2 and 1x95mm2 shall be
the same length, plus 300 meters also for (1G95) however
in the BOQ the 1x185mm2 is 250 meters and only 200
meters for 1x95mm2, please verify.

Kindly verify the code provided in the BOQ for cables vs in
the drawing are not matching.

In lighting system, there are type of lighting fixture like
LFC31-C which is installed on ceiling, but may we know
what is LFC31-D? this code is not available in the
installation info or lighting legend, kindly enlighten us.

Your observation is right there is code
mistake in the area L00 005 Restaurant
entrance where erroneously the code
is LFD80. Ignore and substitute with
LFB80
The secondary line and related
junction boxes are not shown. The
number is estimated based on the area
to cover.
The different type of lighting point is
considered in BoQ based on the
different type of switching mode,
shown on the drawings in the same
area (i.e. in the room in which it’s
provided a push button, all the lighting
points of the room are considered in
BoQ with item 26.7.3)
