OVERVIEW
The Summer Placement process for the Post Graduate Program in Sustainable
Management (PGP-SM) run at IIM Lucknow- Noida Campus was completed
successfully this year for the batch of PGP-SM 08.
41 students of the PGP-SM batch of 2024 (PGP-SM 08) participated in the
Summer placements process. We were successfully able to complete the
Summer placements processes with 100% placements. The average stipend
increased by approx. 10% compared to the previous year and stood at INR 1.31
LACS.
25+ recruiters participated in the process, including top brands such as
McKinsey &Co, Accenture Strategy, CK Birla Group, Vedanta, Dalmia Bharat,
Tata Cleantech, EXL, Airtel and Transunion among others.

We are happy to share that 41 Students, who participated
in summer placements for the batch of 2022-24, were
successfully placed.
We had 28 recruiters hiring from the talent pool of 41
students. We are witnessing a surge in recruiters hiring
for sustainability roles, highlighting the demand for
professionals in the sustainable management domain.
The roles offered to the students were in Corporate
Sustainability, ESG Research, Sustainability / ESG
Consulting, Sustainability Strategy, Finance, and
Product Management.

SUSTAINABILITY ROLES
• Summer placements for the 2022-24 batch saw a substantial increase in
sustainability roles offered by companies. It reflects the growing importance of
the domain among companies.
• A great pool of high marquee recruiters like McKinsey &Co, Accenture Strategy,
Vedanta, Dalmia Bharat, Tata Cleantech, and Airtel among others participated in
the process.

roles. It shows the trust of the companies in our students.
