The main objective of Euroactiva-T is the implementation of actions
and projects focused on the promotion of equality, social inclusion,
interculturality, employment and entrepreneurship, environmental
awareness and well being.
Through these actions, we try to broaden understanding and improve
the perception of belonging to the European community, as well as
feelings of equality between people, regardless of religion, race and
social origin.
THE PROJECT
THE FUTURE IS NOW is a mobility project designed for young
workers and leaders, supporting them with practical tools so that they
can work with the youth of their communities to enhance their
employability and entrepreneurship skills and guide them where to
focus their professional career, supporting them in the process of
creating their own companies and projects.
OBJECTIVES
-Improve the skills of the participants in professional guidance, advice, guidance and
training with practical tools.
-Foster collaboration and teamwork among young people, which can improve their
interpersonal and leadership skills.
-Analyze the skills and training time to undertake successfully.
-Explore and map platforms, portals, strategies and websites for entrepreneurship and
self-employment.
-Inspire and train young people to develop their business ideas. Share and create
efficient and creative models for the creation of different types of businesses.
METHODOLOGY
We will use the non-formal education methodology which will facilitate
the development and acquisition of new skills, competences and
attitudes and thus contribute to social and personal development
trough humor, creative approaches, empathic and symbolic activities to
create attitude to develop our own positive mindset and lifestyle.
THE VENUE
The daily activities will be placed in the EL ESCORIAL residence in
San Lorenzo de El Escorial. C/ Residencia, 14. San Lorenzo de El
Escorial, 28200 Madrid.

reach the venue from Madrid Airport.
THE VENUE
San Lorenzo de El Escorial is a pretty town located 50 km of Madrid
and is famous for the Real Monastery of El Escorial which is National
Heritage.
ACCOMODATION AND MEALS
The residence rooms are from 2 to 4 people with bathroom ensuite.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner + coffee breaks.
We will take into consideration your diet needs, creating a healthy and
good menu good for all!

MOINA
LUCYNA
Monia Izabela Wisniewska, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master in
International Cooperation and NGO Management, and CELTA
English teacher. She has extensive experience in both the formal and
informal education sector, having worked in the following countries:
Holland, Ecuador and Spain. In Spain she has participated in
European training as coordinator and trainer of the Spanish National
Agency, Youth in Action, and the Erasmus+ program.
Lucyna Lewandowska, Graduate in Psychology, specialization in
Clinical and Health Psychology, with studies in postgraduate in Socio
therapy. During 11 years of working in NGOs, she has acquired
extensive experience working with youth (especially with disadvantaged
youth), non-formal and informal education. She has prepared and
coordinated a series of projects that promote a healthy lifestyle,
ecology, social inclusion and cultural and social awareness aimed at
young people and has carried out soft skills development workshops
for young people.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
Youth workers, Youth leaders, Social workers, Educators, Trainers.
Over 18 years old
Able to work and discuss in English
Working/volunteering in an organization with young people
Fully committed and active for all the length of the Training (6+1 days)
Be in a position in their organization to apply the outcomes of the TC
Able to disseminate the results after the TC
PARTICIPANTS SELECTION
Participants from 8 countries: Spain, Bulgaria, Italy, North Macedonia,
Slovakia, Turkey, Greece and Croatia.
Each organization will send 3 motivated participants (for a total of 24
participants)

TRAVEL RULES
Your destination is Adolfo Suárez Airport - Madrid Barajas
The rules of the ERASMUS+ programme for this project are
the ones established for the Erasmus + KA1 T.C. Grants.
The organizers must approve your travel plan before buying the tickets.
No travel agencies are allowed to buy the tickets. We can assist you in a
future update to buy the flight tickets.
TRAVEL RULES
Plan your flight to be in Madrid before 17:00 h the 8th of March 2024.
We will dinner all together in the residence.
You can travel maximum 2 days before or after project dates. Those
extra days are not covered by the project.
IMPORTANT: In any case keep all the boarding passes and tickets of airplane, bus, train,
metro (they are needed for reimbursement). Also, all receipts / invoices are needed, without
any exception. The reimbursement will be done the next week after the Training Course by
bank transfer.
INSURANCE
Participants from Turkey and Macedonia are responsible for acquiring
their own insurance valid for Spain during the days that the training
lasts.
Other participants should bring the European Sanitary Card in order to
be safe in case of emergency.
Participants are responsible for getting their own travel insurance and
any medicaments and treatment that they use. The project does NOT
cover the insurance and medicines.
