Dear staff,
I am writing to you on behalf of our newest CEO, Mike Jonson. He knows that most of you are worried
about your working conditions. Hence, he asked me to clarify some details for you. I am delighted to
inform you that the working conditions have been improved, therefore, you have nothing to worry
about.
First of all, the upper limit of the salaries has been raised. Specifically, Admin / clerical staff will receive
between £12,500 and £22,000. As for the project managers, their salary will be in range of £24,500
and £32,000.
Moreover, all staff, instead of all managers, will be offered retirement at the age of 56.
On top of that, the personal pension terms and conditions have also been improved. All employees
who have been with the company for over 12 months are permitted to join the scheme.
And lastly, after 5 years of service, all personnel will receive 25 days annual leave rather than 20 days.
