WHAT IS PANCIRIASE?
 The pancreas is an organ located in the abdomen. It plays an essential role in
converting the food we eat into fuel for the body's cells. The pancreas has two
main functions: an exocrine function that helps in digestion and an endocrine
function that regulates blood sugar
• WHAT IS LIVER?
• The liver is a large, meaty organ that sits on the right side of the belly. Weighting
about 3 pounds, the liver is reddish-brown in color and feels rubbery to the
touch. Normally you can't feel the liver, because it's protected by the rib cage.
The liver has two large sections, called the right and the left lobes and it digest
fats
THE REALATIONSHIP BETWEEN PANCREASE
AND LIVER IN DIABETES
• How does diabetes affect the liver and pancreas?
• Diabetes raises your risk of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, a condition in which
excess fat builds up in your liver even if you drink little or no alcohol. This
condition occurs in at least half of those with type 2 diabetes
• DIABETICE PERSON WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN LIVER AND PANCREASE
The ability to process blood sugar is reduced by roughly 50 percent in
individuals with known liver cirrhosis. And when type 2 diabetes
does develop in those with liver cirrhosis, the diabetes is associated
with decreased insulin secretion from the pancreas
