Introduction
Teleport has strategically partnered with POS Aviation (PASB) to enhance its cargo handling
capabilities at KCH, BKI, and PEN stations. This collaboration leverages the strengths of both
organisations, with PASB appointed as the Cargo Terminal Operator. To facilitate seamless
communication and data exchange, both entities employ their respective cargo management
systems, interconnected through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) messaging.
The success of this EDI linkage between Teleport’s Smartkargo system and PASB’s cargo
management platform hinges on the complete, accurate, and prompt entry of booking details.
This meticulous approach to data entry is essential to ensure a flawless flow of information,
crucial for the efficient handling of shipments.
This document is crafted to be an authoritative guide on the booking procedures and the specific
details required for managing shipments inbound to or outbound from KCH, BKI, and PEN
stations. It aims to streamline the process, ensuring clarity and efficiency in operations.

FWB/FHL Transmission
Smartkargo system is streamlined for efficiency in transmitting FWB/FHL messages to PASB’s
system, automatically transmitting these messages six hours before the booked flight’s
departure. However, if an agent chooses to submit cargo to the PASB warehouse earlier than
this six-hour window, a manual process is required. In such cases, agents are advised to contact
Teleport’s Help Team at least one hour before they plan to submit their cargo. This step is
necessary to manually initiate the message transmission, guaranteeing that the booking details
are updated and visible in PASB’s system at the time of cargo submission.
Additionally, it is vital to maintain the accuracy of cargo information. Therefore, if there are any
amendments to the booking details post the initial FWB/FHL message transmission, agents
must promptly inform Teleport’s Help Team. The team will then take the necessary steps to
retrigger the FWB/FHL transmission with the revised details to PASB’s system. This protocol
ensures that all information remains current and reflects the actual status of the cargo,
facilitating a smooth and reliable freight process.
