-Context analysis in the ground is ever changing so it needs network update frequently.
-Briefing & debriefing should be strengthened specially debriefing are missed to be performed by
most departments.

be improved.
-safe room & safe area need clearly be identified by all employees. Eg I don’t know our
Delegation safe area is
-Some windows don’t have 3M, it might be due to maintenance /rework done
