Services Agreement
This Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” or “Services
Agreement”) is made effective on [INSERT date] (“Effective Date”) between
[INSERT Model name], an individual residing at [INSERT address and location] and with ID
Number [INSERT ID Number] (hereinafter referred to as the “Model”)
and
[INSERT your name], an individual residing at [INSERT address and location] and with ID
Number [INSERT ID Number] (hereinafter referred to as the “Manager”)
WHEREAS, the Manager and the Model desire to enter into a relationship in which the
Manager will provide services for the Model’s OnlyFans Account, which is called ‘_________’.
NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual promises and undertakings made by the
parties herein, the Manager and the Model (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the
“Parties”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Duration and Termination
This Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a time period of 3 months.
Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving at least a [INSERT time period - e.g. 7
day] prior written notice to the other party. After the 3 month time period, the Model can provide
a written notice to the Manager that this Agreement can be renewed for an additional 3 month
time period.
2. OnlyFans Content Services
The Manager agrees that it shall provide its expertise to the Model by supplying:
a) Help to increase the growth of the Model’s OnlyFans following.
b) The Manager will also manage all messages, posts, and content creation as well as
provide input on what the Model should post on her social media accounts.
c) The Manager will also manage all of the Model’s PPV content.
(Hereinafter referred to as the “OnlyFans Content Services”)
3. Compensation
In consideration for the OnlyFans Content Services, the Model shall pay the Manager on a
commission basis of 15% of the revenue, with the remaining 85% of the revenue going to the
Model.

4. Compensation of Lawyer Costs and Out-of-Pocket expenses.
If any party breaches this agreement, the non-breaching party shall be compensated by the
breaching party for its reasonable lawyer costs and out-of-pocket expenses which in any way
relate to the breach of this agreement.
5. No Variation Unless in Writing
No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by or on
behalf of each of the Parties or by their duly authorised representatives.
6. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the two parties, completely
replacing any other previous written or verbal agreements concerning the relationship of the
Model with the Manager.
7. Severability
If any term and condition or a part of a term and condition of this Agreement is found to be
unenforceable or invalid then that term and condition or part of that term and condition will be
struck down and ignored and all remaining terms and conditions will continue being in full force
and effect.
8. Laws
This agreement shall be governed by the federal laws of the United States of America (USA)
and the state laws of the State of [INSERT State - e.g. California] and any disputes that may
arise between the two parties must be settled in a competent court within the State of [INSERT
State].
This Agreement shall be binding on each Party’s representatives, assigns and successors.
This Agreement has been signed by the duly authorised representatives of the Parties as of
the date set forth below.
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall constitute an employee and employer relationship
between the two parties.
