Promissory Note
I (Francesca Elena Dante) of (Mississauga, Ontario) shall loan to (Suzanne Maria Herrero) of
(Mississauga, Ontario) the sum of $4,000.
The sum identified shall be repaid by March 1, 2022, within an interest rate of 12% per annum,
starting December 1, 2021.
If (Suzanne Maria Herrero) can not meet the said due date of payment (March 1, 2022) interest at
12% per annum shall continue to occur until the full said amount has been payable in full.
Payment made to Suzanne Maria Herrero on December 1, 2021 in the amount of $4,000 by
Francesca Elena Dante
Full payment is due by March 1, 2022
Late payments, if any, will be charged at an interest is at 12% per annum.
This note is entered into this 1st of December, 2021.
