COMES NOW RESPONDENT- APPEALLANT, James-Lavon: of Miller,
Beneficiary of JAMES LAVON MILLER, and files this NOTICE OF DISHONOR
OF APELLATE JUDGE’S DENIAL OF APPEAL.
Pursuant to Iowa Code Iowa Code. Jud. Cond. 51:2.11§ Motion is hereby made for
Justice Edward Mansfield to reconsider his “denial” and/or recuse himself for
cause:
1. Justice Edward Mansfield presided in Case number 23-12102
2. I james-lavon: of Miller deny that a proper amount of time was allowed for
Appellant to reply to Appellee’s last brief. Wherefore, I deny that, by this
action, Justice Edward Mansfield acted regularly or with sufficient
information when, his order for denial was issued.
3. There is inference of bias against Appellant’s political standing as a living
sentient man.3
4. I James-lavon: of Miller deny that there is any excuse for denial of this
appeal at this time.

others subject to the judge's direction and control to do so

Wherefore, the unilateral contractual offer of “Denial” offered by Justice Edward
Mansfield therefore dishonored – refused for cause without dishonor.
