his menu is filled with new flavors, elixirs
and odd elements (as ususal) in harmonic
combinations. We take inspiration in how
to extract flavors from flowers, herbs, plants, fruit
and berries. It’s the rebirth of the Pharmarium
tincture library - a “flavor organ” full of interesting
combinations with never ending surprises, laced
with hazy nocturnal behaviour.
