MGMA01 Lecture #1 Reflection Before entering the lecture, I had an insufficient amount about the main core of marketing. I just understood how companies would post advertisements on social media and posts billboards near main streets and highways, posting their products in store and using images and wording that satisfies the human mind. But once the lecture concluded, I understood the main core of marketing which are the 3C – 4P. I had also learned something new called customer value, which is how much value would the customer receive towards the product. It is the responsibility of the company to give the best benefit, price, and compete with other offers. The main focus of companies is that understanding consumers is key to bring success and profit to the business. I also understood how the course works. It is too simple at times which could be a con towards learning, yet at the same time, it requires a lot of work which will hopefully bring the passion towards learning marketing. I then learned the system of the course, how the grading worked, and firmly understood the fact that this course is to learn marketing, not solely just to pass and get the credit.
