Deep Breathing Under 10 Hello and welcome to our Under 10 I'm Bryce and I'll be guiding you through a simple deep brathing exercise. Your breathe is one of your most valuable tools. Deep breathing gives your body time to destress and recalibrate so that you can work, or workout, with focus and clarity. For this exercise I'll ask that you take a seat and make yourself comfortable. Sit with relaxed with a neutral spine and place one hand on your stomach, and the other on your chest. We're going to practice some intentional deep breaths with a focus on expanding through your stomach versus your chest. First take a nice hard exhale, and aim to push as much air out of your lungs as possible. Next we need to fill in that emptied space by breathing and expanding our stomach. We're gonna exhale and inhale on a 5 ct for 5 breathes. Does everyone understand? Good? Let;s get started.
