COURSE REGISTRATION SCHEDULE FOR SEMESTER 2, AY2023/24 - for UNDERGRADUATE (UG) AND CONTINUING & PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) STUDENTS
Notes:
1. Course registration will be conducted via CourseReg@EduRec (https://myedurec.nus.edu.sg)
2. Most undergraduate and a limited number of graduate students have to submit Academic Plan Declaration (if applicable) once for every CourseReg exercise. For those who missed 5 to 13 Dec declaration exercise, they may submit it from 2 Jan onwards.
3. Undergraduate students can select GE and UE courses from "Select Courses" (Round 2) onwards.
4. Students will be informed via email and uNivUS when the course allocation process run is completed and the outcome is available for checking under CourseReg's "View My Classes" page.
5. Together with the course allocation process, enrolled courses from CourseReg will be uploaded to EduRec concurrently after end of each CourseReg rounds.
However, from 0900hrs, 22 Jan to 2359hrs, 3 Mar, enrollments from CourseReg will be uploaded to EduRec at 0830, 1130, 1430 and 1730hrs on daily basis.
Students may verify them via: View Courses (Navigation: myEduRec > Acaemics > Academic Records) .
6. EduRec is the source of information for Canvas. Enrolled courses from EduRec will be synced to Canvas via a process, scheduled at every night.
7. Add/Swap Tutorials allocation process (scheduled at every 30 mins), to update successfully added/swapped tutorial classes, will be temporarily put on hold from 0830 to 1100hrs on 22 and 23 Jan to facilitate urgent course enrolments by admin.
The process will resume from 1101hrs onwards on the same day.
