They ran into other pirates and got into a fight. In the climax of the story, Jim Hawkins eventually found all the treasure. The falling action occurs when Long John quickly escapes. The resolution is that the courageous Jim Hawkins enjoys his found treasure. Jim and his friends were able to take it with them, and everyone got their fair share. He is a boy who lives with his parents, and his parents own an inn. One day a man named Billy Bones goes to the inn and has a heart attack and dies. Jim finds Billy Bones’ map and goes on a great adventure with a pirate whose name is Long John Silver, but he is a crook. They find the island and the treasure. Long John Silver tries to kill everyone. Long John, however, fails and has to escape, but Jim and the other crew members leave the island and live happily ever after. Treasure Summary Island By Alvaro Gonzalez Treasure Island is a story about a boy called Jim Hawkins, a very nice boy who lives with his mom and dad, but sadly his dad dies so he stays with his mom. One day, a blind man comes to look for Billy Bones who was staying at Hawkin’s inn. However, Billy Bones died of a heart attack. The blind man was looking for a map that lead to Treasure Island. Jim then told the doctor about the map he had found and the doctor told the squire. Then the squire, doctor, and Jim planned to go to the island, so they bought a boat called Hispaniola. On the boat, there was Long John Silver who said he used to be in the navy but actually was a pirate who'd worked with Billy Bones and the blind man. They get to the island, but Jim heard Long John Silver and his helper Dick talk about how they were going to take over the ship and kill everyone. Finally they see land, and Jim immediately told the squire what Long John was planning to do. It didn't really turn out the way Long John had planned because before he knew it, one of the helpers went from Long John’s side to the squire’s side. Both sides started a battle against each other. Long John attacked and then was defended; it was scary. They tricked Long John by saying that the squire had given up the treasure. Then Jim, the squire, and the doctor get saved, and the pirates look for the treasure. Long John sneakily stole a bag of money. The end! The Fight for the Treasure By Sam Greco Treasure Island is written by Lisa Norby. The brave Jim Hawkins and mean Long John Silver sailed on the Hispaniola in search for a treasure that Jim Hawkins had found in Billy Bones’ treasure chest after Billy died. The conflict is that everyone wants the treasure. During the journey, Jim tried to grab an apple in a barrel, he fell asleep in the barrel. He woke up because Long John Silver was talking to a young man named Dick. Long John Silver told Dick that he was thinking of killing the squire. Dick asked, “When are we going to kill him?” Then Long John Silver said, “Maybe whenever he shows us the map because we don't know where the treasure is.” They finally found the treasure happily. They all were super happy, so they sailed home and brought Ben Gunn, but Ben Gunn helped Long John Silver escape! The good thing is that in the end, Jim Hawkins is rich! Once they get to the island they fight over the map, Jim Hawkins and his friends against Silver and his pirates. Luckily, Dr. Livesey and the quick-thinking Squire trick Silver into believing they gave up the treasure. Jim, the squire, and Dr. Livesey get rescued, they leave three very desperate pirates on the island. Gunn lets Silver escape with a very small bag of gold. Fortunately, the squire, Dr. Livesey and Jim are set for life. Poor Gunn spends all his treasure but is still very happy about being rescued. The adventure starts when Jim gets Billy Bone’s map. When Jim got the map, he told Dr. Livesey and the squire. They go on a pirate ship named the Hispaniola with Long John Silver and his crew. Jim, Long John Silver, and Dr. Livesey found Treasure Island. They also found the treasure. They try to get out of there because Long John Silver betrayed them and tried to kill them. However, they captured Long John Silver, but somehow he escaped. After the adventure, they all got home safely, and they were rich. Long John Silver was released with a small bag of gold by Ben Gunn so he did not deal have to with him. The ones who went home were rich.
