Executive Summary
Family Quebrar developed Sweet Chili Garlic Oil way back 1995, their grandmother Estrella
Quebrar first discover it when she is making a special dish for his husband. Then they passed this
recipe to their children and their children’s children. Our group agreed to use this product to
develop it and introduce it to other people. We tried to use other ingredients to make it healthier
and tastier to attract more food lovers to try our product. We used social media to advertise our
product and to reach more people. We are targeting all consumers who just love to eat spicy
foods. Sweet chili garlic oil is made of Chili flakes and fresh fried garlic in natural no
preservatives Vegetable oil. This product is very affordable and people who love spicy food will
surely enjoy this. Our Sweet Chili Garlic Oil will bear its brand name “Kim’s homemade Sweet
Chili Garlic Oil”. We conducted a survey as our basis of gathering data on every household in
Brgy. San Felix. This gathered data will serve as status of how it caters the market. As the
research study goes, we have noticed and observed some points that we need t work on and
needs improvement. In this study we recommend that it is important to study the situation of a
business. How it will earn profit and at the same time meets the expectations and demands of the
consumers. The main objective of this research is to give customer satisfaction by offering
something new but with a delicious taste. It will serve as healthy lifestyle not only for the young
ones also for the old ones as well. Since our product provides health benefits to the consumers
and gives more appetite.

recipe from generation to generation. We just want to share it to the other people. It’s our family
tradition that every time we eat we always use sweet chili garlic oil to add spice to any kind of
dishes. Our family is known to be food lovers, so I came up with idea that “why not shares the
benefits and the pleasure of eating with gusto to others too?”And “why not make and put it in a
packaging where I can bring it wherever I go?” An appetizer that will spice up and add flavors to
all of your meals and will make you feel home wherever you are. Sweet Chili Garlic oil made to
feel satisfied.
