Ladies and gentelman Dear Esteemed Colleagues and Students, I stand before you today as a testament to the parallel journey we share—teachers and students alike. My path, much like yours, has been a mosaic of challenges and Inspiration often finds us in unexpected places, and today, I share a parallel journey that echoes the spirit of determination of my quest that had broken the women’s world speed record in Antarctica. Five years ago, I never envisioned standing before you as a motivational speaker. Yet, organizing an expedition sparked a dormant curiosity. Similarly, my journey from organizing to undertaking a solo skiing challenge across Greenland mirrors our shared capacity for unforeseen growth. Facing the vast unknown without prior training, the resilience resonates with my own journey of overcoming uncharted territories in education. Just as how I pulled an 80kilogram pulk across icy landscapes, we, too, carry the weight of responsibilities in our roles as educators. My dedication to training, balancing family, and challenging societal norms speaks to the sacrifices we make for our students. My determination to inspire everyone reflects our commitment to instilling passion and resilience in the future. As we all face difficulties, let us recognize and support the trailblazing efforts of women in our own fields. Just as how I seek to change perceptions, let us, too, reshape the narrative of what is possible. In the parallel journey we share, may we find strength, purpose, and the courage to break our own records. Thank you everyone for listening.
