view that no global warming issues and the scarcity of the resources should be made any further. With a
great catch to it as it requires less time and is greatly reliable and efficient for household usage.
Eradicating the large electrical power needs and costs for attaining such immensely expensive electrical
power being used in different electrical appliances such as a refrigerator as it has a similarity in the work
purpose of a common refrigerator that are being used in our households.
This eco-friendly, budget friendly and greener machine does the same job as refrigerator in very less
amount of time as being done by the refrigerator. Its main job is to instantly deep freeze the food
products in other material that needs to be deep froze with the help of liquid nitrogen gas being
compressed in the safe and leakage proof chamber fitted moderately to operate properly during the
process.
Structure and composition Of LNG Instant Freezer







Rectangular shaped box internally containing two chambers holding compressed liquid nitrogen
Each Chamber will be attached with a compressor acting as the output path for releasing liquid
nitrogen gas
The internal body will be fitted with a insulator for neglecting the freezing process of the body
itself and provide a safe equipment
The body will consist a door for opening the machine
There would be a vent for the ventilation purpose for maintaining temperature required for the
process
There would be an external valve being externally attached to each liquid nitrogen chamber for
the refilling purpose
There would be an external scale with each chamber that would allow the user to check and
maintain the volume the liquid as per required for the freezing process.
After Process of Freezing
After the freezing process the frozen food supply can be kept in a container insulated with a
insulator for keeping the temperature of the frozen food exactly the same. The container will be
constructed in such a way that no air would be able to enter the container so there won’t be any
thermal reaction making the temperature frozen food higher and melting it, as it would be
equipped with a vacuum that would make the container a vacuum eradicating all the external
air and maintaining the suitable pressure for no thermal reaction.
