OTHER VITAL INFORMATIONS:
1. Students will be divided into a group with 15 students and 1 in charge
teacher.
2. Dress Code: During train travel students must wear school’s sports
uniform.
3. Students are asked to carry dinner (light vegetarian food) on 16.11.2023
which shall be eaten in the train.
4. Students will be provided with Snack/Beverages on (19.11.2023) in the
morning
5. Water bottles shall be provided to the students when they start from the
school to the trip.
THINGS TO BE CARRIED:
a. 4 sets of decent dress including Sunday night dress with sleeve. Since
it is a school trip avoid awkward dress/suits.
b. One shawl or small bed sheet or Bed spread for train travel.
c. Carry Towel, lunch towel, Moisturizer cream, tooth brush & Paste,
tissue paper, Soap, eatables and other accessories.
d. Have Cap, Coolers, Packet Hand Sanitizer, mask, Sweater/Muffler….
e. Regular medicine, if any or any prescribed medicine in emergency
shall be taken and same to be informed to the respective in charge
teacher.
f. Mobile phones and other Gadgets shall be taken but must not use
often for taking selfies, reels, stories….
g. Minimum Amount shall be taken by the students for their own
purchase/shopping, but they must take care of the same.
