Each student should receive the following papers:
(1) A3 question and answer sheets stapled (these
should remain stapled together).
(2) A supply of continuation sheets are available on
request.
Students should make sure that they have written
their student details on EVERY question/answer
sheet, even if a question remains unanswered.
Please CLEARLY indicate on the continuation sheet
which question it relates to.
