Juice WRLD was born on December 2, 1998, in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in the suburb of Homewood. He developed a passion for music at a young age and started recording and releasing songs on SoundCloud during his high school years. His unique blend of rap and melodic elements quickly gained attention. In 2018, Juice WRLD rose to prominence with his breakout single "Lucid Dreams," which showcased his emotive lyrics and distinctive style. The song's success led to the release of his debut studio album, "Goodbye & Good Riddance," later that year. Juice WRLD continued to gain popularity with subsequent projects like "Death Race for Love" (2019) and "Legends Never Die" (2020). His music often explored themes of mental health, heartbreak, and substance use. Tragically, Juice WRLD passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 21, following a seizure at Chicago's Midway International Airport. His untimely death was attributed to an accidental overdose of oxycodone and codeine.
